I find it absolutely unbelievable how unprofessional this location is. The entire pharmacy closes to have lunch while ppl are waiting for medicine. The entire staff shut the gates to have lunch together while my kid is needing his medicine

CVS Whitestone, NY, and Angelina make a fine shopping experience. Store is clean, well stocked, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recomended!

They are great. But please refill your shelves. Always empty on the cvs mineral oil. I go every month and always empty. I ask and they say we will order and they nece do. Thank you

They lock out half the items and have 1 person.At the store responsible for all the locked areas. It takes at least ten minutes for what should actually take one minute. Coming here is a waste of time. And I would rather go anywhere else. The only reason that this place even gets 2 Stars is because the customer service is a 10 out of 10. They do the best they can with such stupid support from above. Why don't you just lock the whole store and And have us place orders online?. Someone can just shop for us and we can pick up the stuff if you're so afraid of T h e f t.

Came here during the evening to look for an item sold out in other CVS. The sales rep Dawood was very attentive and provided additional information on the item in question. He was very professional and efficient and communicated effectively.

If the drive-thru window is not functioning, the polite customer friendly thing to do is;A. Let the customer know, and say you’re sorry for the inconvenience and ask them to come in.Or if that’s not an optionB. Place a sign on the window.What you shouldn’t do is none of the above & look at me like I’m stupid for suggesting it!Your Pharmacist’s need some serious supervision!

Middle-aged white woman with dark brown hair. Watch out for her! Very very rude and nasty... She comes out the gate swinging before you could even say anything to her. Every time I go there and I deal with her, she's so miserable and such a displeasure to deal with.
