If the drive-thru window is not functioning, the polite customer friendly thing to do is;A. Let the customer know, and say you’re sorry for the inconvenience and ask them to come in.Or if that’s not an optionB. Place a sign on the window. What you shouldn’t do is none of the above & look at me like I’m stupid for suggesting it!Your Pharmacist’s need some serious supervision!

Middle-aged white woman with dark brown hair. Watch out for her! Very very rude and nasty... She comes out the gate swinging before you could even say anything to her. Every time I go there and I deal with her, she's so miserable and such a displeasure to deal with.

hope you hire more people for this location. i had to wait 10 minutes for someone to unlock the ice cream cause no one was on the floor. its also not comfortable for people who are checking out to have a employee check out for them at the self checkout ,or tap buttons when someone isnt ready to pay.

CVS seems to have no regard for the health of its customers. The pharmacy gave me a prescription that didn’t taste right. It tasted so bad that I was afraid to swallow it, thinking that it might be spoiled or be the wrong medication. When I called CVS to tell them, the pharmacy staff said that it was the same thing "that they’ve given me many times before." It wasn't. I told them that it had a different shape, a different identification number, and a different color than what I had always gotten from them. When I told them this, they changed their excuse and told me to “call the manufacturer. They were not responsible” for what they gave me. I found it very troubling, and a potential health hazard that a pharmacy would believe that they had no responsibility for what they gave a customer. They didn’t even ask me what it looked like or if I could bring it back to show them. They didn’t ask me anything about it at all.On the way out I stopped to buy some candy. As I was leaving, the cashier said to me, "Have a nice day, or not.".

Pharmacist Mike at CVS 10th Ave Whitestone NY is a megalomaniac and he is racist. He didn't have any customers except us but he made us wait for him for an hour before we have our vaccinations. Not nice to make your customers wait that long. Will never go there again.

If you need something emergency, they literally have most stuff you need. Customer service is great, staff is greeting.

The first refill that I made in this CVS and they gave me 23 tablets less, calling is a waste of time, nobody answers the phone, I had to go in person and luckily Mohamed attended me and confirmed that my claim was true! I was missing my pills... Be careful and count your pills!

Took daughter for booster shot after school. Not a long wait. Not sure if the person administering the booster was a medical professional but he did not bother wearing gloves. It didn't even occur to me until it was over. Kicking myself for not saying anything sooner but it literally did not even occur to me that at this current state of health awareness, that gloves weren't even considered. Be alert (unlike me.) Tell them to wear gloves when administering any shots!

People who haven’t been to the CVS on Francis lewis should be THRILLED this one exists. Pharmacy is always great, just like everything else in life you will wait which is typical but nothing ridiculous. Are able to answer any and all questions. As someone who likes to be left alone to browse and being able to self check out is a plus. No contact necessary. Always stocked with items. Rarely see bare shelves.
