My childhood grocery store ! This store was my family’s go to grocery store . The staff treated us like family. Tons of nostalgiawhen I walk into store ! I was in there recently, I do have to say that it has changed so much :(

Apple cider vinegar labled price $6.79. I was charged for $14.99. Went back to refund, they asked for my home address in order to refund. Does Keyfood management team how run this store. I don't blame the people working there. It must be the management..........

This market is fleecing its customers with these prices. Crazy mark-ups, products past expiry dates, and the general apathy here make this a place to avoid. The owner and management don't care, so DON'T SHOP HERE.

Pay especially close attention to condition of the items you are purchasing as well as the expiration date of the items at this location.

For the most part, I like the store, however there's never more than 1 or 2 people to check you out. Also the rude foreign woman working in the meat department said she had no idea what a ham is. Are you freaking kidding me???

The store tend to place stuff on sale thats old. Or about to expire. If you buy something bad even when you speak w a manager they do kit even offer your money back..

They had one cashier open. They only have two cash registers and the rest is self checkout. I purposely waited I refuse to encourage self checkout. I put my groceries and bags on the conveyor belt. The cashier rings up everything and pushes the bags towards me and tells me to pack?. What planet are we on. If I choose to help that’s one thing. I’m supposed to watch a cashier who is being paid, watch me the customer bag? That’s why I usually shop at Northshore

Very expensive. Their gallon of milk is $5.49 and Shop Rite has it for$3.69, quite a difference. The floors have dirty black spots throughout especially along the dairy cases. I'm sure with a little effort they canbe cleaned. Whenever I go in there are not many shoppers. I wonderwhy!

I ran into this Key Food to pick-up some items for my elderly mother. You were out of stock on a sale item and I asked the cashier if she could substitute the store brand for the sale price. The cashier had to ask the girl standing right next to her that was completely glued to her cellphone, not paying attention, yet supposedly training my cashier. The girl not paying attention asked me to repeat myself and then seemed annoyed at my request. She then proceeds to tell me "you have to go to the office and ask yourself". Not sure why I am being sent to the office because in my experience, most supermarkets call for management to come to the register. Still I proceed to walk across the store all the way to the office and the girl in the office said she couldn't approve an adjustment, so she kindly walked me across the store over to an older gentleman who was literally right next to the register I had just walked away from. He approved the adjustment, but at this point I'm thinking to myself would this rude cashier training the new employee also tell my elderly mother or other elderly clientele to run all around the store? Also, what type of example is she setting for your new employee? Very rude! The store was practically empty. If she had time to play on her phone, she definitely had time to properly call for management or walk herself to the office.Purchase 2/22/23 around 6:15 PM

I purchased a 5 gallon bottle of Poland Spring water and they charged me a $6 deposit. When I attempted to return the empty, they refused to refund my deposit unless I purchased another bottle and took another deposit. I'm done here.

This location has great, fresh meats and a wonderful deli department. The store is clean and there's plenty of parking. Deducted two stars because they are way more expensive than other local supermarkets for canned goods and general grocery items. You will do better on prices at nearby Shop Rite on 20th Ave.

They have not had the fruit juice I always buy for a while now. Yesterday I had no luck finding it either but I asked this wonderful guy in the Produce section about it. He enthusiastically said he thought it was stored in the back but the employee who normally puts deliveries out was not in today." I will go back and get it for you - how many you want? " he said. He was back in 2 minutes hugging 4 bottles, beaming that he could help me.I FORGOT TO ASK HIS NAME SO:THANK YOU FOR THE EFFICIENCY AND GREAT ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!!!!
