December 10th, I was in a car accident and the other person hit another car and then hit mine on the passenger side. Phil Psonis was very helpful and took car of my car. What a beautiful workmanship and so professional! My car looks brand new! I highly recommend Magic Collision!! Thanks a million Phil and your team!!

Car mechanics get a bad rap for being dishonest, well not Magic Collision. I brought my still under lease Honda Civic in recently because the AC wasn’t working. They could have charged hundreds for Freon and leaks, but instead they told me that my car was recalled, and that I could get it fixed for free at a Honda dealership/service center. They even printed out a bunch of articles to show me. 10/10 would bring my car back to them!

I needed fear bumper completely replaced. They did a fantastic job and made a huge effort to get my car back in record time. Not only that, their quote was several hundred dollars less expensive than other places I had gotten quotes from. Also, their staff is very courteous and friendly. A great local find.

This was the best customer service as well as the best quality of work performed that I can recall at any establishment in YEARS. As a single older female walking into any auto related business is daunting…. Unfortunately I have had condescending treatment in the past …. Magic Collision was the opposite experience …. My dealings were with Frank… very professional but also down to earth …. He made me feel everything would be taken care of…. And he took care of everything ?? He answered my questions and educated me on how the insurance company would deal with my repair claim … it all turned out exactly as he said …. The work that was done on my car was dazzling … it looked showroom perfect …. It looked like they actually did “magic” with my car … I can’t say enough positive things about this place … customer service and quality of work is #1.
