A wonderful experience, overall!! Olga understood exactly what I wanted! (I have curly hair; I showed her a pic of what I liked.)Beautiful, expert haircut and blow-dry! Don't recommend. Overlooked back of my hair which was still gray. Hairdresser tried to cover it up when blow drying hair. Someone else reapplied it. Stuck there for 3 hrs.

First time visit to R&L Salon today for a haircut. Margaret was my stylist, and she did a fabulous job! I asked her to trim my grown-out layered hair, to put in lots of layers and a side bang, and to keep as much length as possible. She did exactly that, and I really love the cut and blow out she gave me. Margaret is talented, friendly and easy to talk to, and I am grateful that she was my stylist today. I will definitely be going back to her for my next cut. Thanks Margaret!

I went in a few weeks ago to get long layers. My hair was almost down to my waist. When I showed the stylist a few photos of the haircut I wanted, she said that my hair was too thin. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it. I've had long layers in my hair before without any issues. The stylist only trimmed a few pieces in the front and didn't even ask me how I normally parted my hair. I should've left but decided to give her a chance. My hair is now uneven and is not hanging right.

I took my mom here for wash and blow , she had a massive knot in her hair and I asked the guy to untangle and he said he won’t be able to do it and just cut my moms hair off without even telling her , my mom had super beautiful long hair and now she hates this salon and is never going back and regrets going here! So shameful and so annoyed I took her here!!!!!Be carefulBecause they will just do what they feel like doing and not care what the customer is saying
