Not the worst in the area, but I think more care should be taken with leaving clients hands clean and trying not to cut clients skin.

Me and my mom have been coming here for a few years because at the time this place was the only place that took out clean nail clippers and such. They also used hot stones (not anymore..) everything is an extra charge from the shape of the nail to the actual nail polish. Mind you a 10 minute foot massage is $15! Ridiculous prices definitely over charged for nothing great. Well today the lady cut my mom’s toe while picking at it for a good few minutes after she told her she was hurting her 5 times already. Her skin began to bleed and bleed and bleed and the manager not even once came over until it was time to pay. My mom was in pain from that cut. Nobody wants to get cut while they are spending $30 on a regular pedicure that is supposed to be relaxing. We go to pay and he actual was going to charge my mother for her pedicure. I had to speak up and say something that is by far ridiculous how he wrote up 2 receipts SOME NERVE. After I told him that my mother was STILL bleeding after half an hour he had nothing to say but have an attitude and only made me pay for mine. The least he could do. Unbelievable. Never coming back here again. Get people that actually know how to cut nails and not to just hire anybody.

Their color gel pedicure is 69$. You can get one for 37$ on Francis Lewis. Prices are ridiculous. What's more ridiculous is that people pay them. I made an appointment for a color gel pedicure and the receptionist the didn't even know the price. She quoted me $49. When I walked in, I sat down, picked out a color took off my socks. I was ready to begin the pedicure when she told me to reconfirm with the nail tech. When I asked the nail tech how much it would be for color gel pedicure, she said 69 because it is an additional $30 on top of the regular pedicure price. I said never mind and told her I will not be doing the pedicure today and I began putting on my shoes. The receptionist then came and asked what the issue was. I told her that $69 is too much and she's acted surprised by my response. She then asked if I wanted to come back for UV gel fill in. I said not thank you. I then went to Francis Lewis and was able to get a UV gel fill-in with a design and a color gel pedicure for $102. Pedicure was 37 and UV gel fill in 50+15 for design.

Best manicure in Whitestone. The service is great. Ask for Gloria for an amazing and rejuvenating chair-side massage. Phenomenal!

This place is very clean and they offer a nice selection of services. The staff is also nice. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area.

They are great! You just have to make sure you’re very specific on the phone if you want tips or what kind of manicure you want because not everyone can do everything.

While the place was clean and relaxing the price was insane! The pedicure was simple nothing amazing or unique so not worth the price. Don't think the service was worth the price tag.

This place was recommended by a friend. I do like that they are pretty clean, and the tools are disinfected. The file and such are opened new in front of the customer, and they have some experienced workers. Their prices are on the higher side than other salons of the area. Better to make an appointment with your favorite person, or else they might give you a newbie.Unfortunately, my last experience was awful.My mani+pedi were good, but I was seated right next to a man who came to his regular lady for a pedicure. The lady massaged his legs AND tights. He kept making remarks in her anguage, which was very inappropriate. Such as "so hot, im feeling sooo good, yesss ," he probably didn't think other clients understood the language. It was obvious to me that he was aroused. The lady just kept massaging and laughing!!... like it was ok or it was normal. I was so disgusted and left more stressed than anything. If this was the type of massage the man wanted, he could have asked for a private room or went to another place.I have not seen the owner of the salon around, and I dont believe this behavior would have been allowed in her presence. For this reason, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with, was very attentive and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was also gentle and I felt no discomfort (even the ticklish scrub part of the pedicure was bearable). The only comment I will make is that she flooded my cuticles/skin. This was the first time after a salon trip I had to clean up the edges of my nails and also refile a nail.Update: less than 3 days later, my toe polish chipped in half and gel nail polish is also chipping on my hands ? this is also the shortest my nails have ever lasted after a nail salon trip, this salon could use some quality control. My nails couldn’t even make it to my event that I got them done for this week. I’m upset. I probably won’t be back. I was told that if there was any problem with my nails within 7 days, I would go and have them fixed for free. On the fourth day, they were broken and I would have to have them repaired. They still had to pay for it. I don’t know any junk shop, so don’t say that they are free of charge.

Well, the place is nice, the person who serves doesn't speak English well and it's a bit annoying, you can't talk well with him, the services are very expensive for the low quality. I had a pedicure and manicure and the only thing they did was rub my feet instead of cleaning them. I really, really don't like how they work, I don't recommend it and they pressure you to tip and you really don't feel like it, it's a pure waste of money to give them more, don't go there and with how expensive it is, not even a glass of water will bother you they offer, horrible

They always friendly. Place is super clean and neat. The best thing is you can also order coffee from next store to enjoy and they bring it over to you while getting your nails done. They take good care of my nails so it will not chip or split easily even if I have it done so often.
