I am a 50 year old Mom (not grandma - lol) of a very energetic 3 year old!In a very short time Nino has supported my efforts to get healthy. I have found strength & confidence that I didn't know I had in me quite honestly at 50! Nino has also tremendously helped foster an environment where the fear of injury has subsided. Partnering with SAGE has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time!The flexibility of the staff has also been instrumental on my journey thus far. I have trained with multiple trainers on the Sage staff and was always impressed. The trainers are engaging, high energy, motivating and knowledgeable. Best gym in the area!!

I’m the type of person that needs a schedule and routine in my calendar to show up to…. Someone to be accountable to. Sage has been just that for me. I also love the private studio vibe… as a woman it’s intimidating to walk into big gyms.

In less than 3 months, I have seen such great results. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel stronger and healthier with each passing day. The Sage team works with you to devise a plan that meets your individual goals and needs, plus everyone is so personable and professional. It’s a great environment to work out in whether you’re a beginner or an athlete. Highly recommend!

Not sure where to start as everything has been such a great experience! Jamie is so motivating and supportive - even more than just physically! Prior to coming, I used to work out on my own & swore I knew everything in regards to movement. Even the smallest positional changes that Jamie taught me while working out made a huge difference. She is very educated & gives you a break down on how to target certain muscle groups effectively. After my weekly 2 sessions with her I am noticeably more fit (& super sore haha) each time. I have & will continue to recommend her to people looking for this type of experience. She’s truly the best!The atmosphere of the gym is very uplifting. They do an excellent job in maintaining the space and cleanliness, as well :)

I have been a Sage client for the past 10 years, and every trainer has been excellent. My current trainer, Rey, is super professional, extremely reliable, and very knowledgable to bring my performance to the next level. BEST PERSONAL TRAINING OUT THERE!I’ve been coming to Sage Personal Training for about 6 months now and I’m in the best shape of my life. I feel great and have more energy than I did 10 years ago. I’m consistently getting stronger and gaining muscle mass. I’m also getting noticeable leaner and losing body fat. Each workout is programmed very well and fit for my needs. The facility is very well kept and has everything you need to become the best version of yourself.My trainer Mike is very knowledgeable and makes sure I’m always reaching new goals and improving. I don’t know where I would be without Mike’s help. Mike points out little things that I doubt I would have ever noticed on my own even if I has years of experience. Everyone is very chill and it’s a great environment no matter what time you come.

I have been a member of Sage and working out with Tom for about 5 months now. Every trainer here is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to connect with. Would highly recommend giving Sage a visit if you are looking for help in being healthy

Train with Nino & Brandon. 2 pros with different approaches. Both are excellent. Have been doing this for 3 years. No intention of stopping.
