This location has all friendly employees that are laid back and helpful. the manager is exceptionally knowledgeable on all questions and answers and quickly is eager to call and make sure all concerns are met and taking car of. each employee deserves a raise. thank you t mobile for hiring good employees and making this location a good experience.

Vincent a pure scam artist and a sleezball salesBOYWent in with my wife 2 months ago to switch from Verizon to t mobile. Turned out that my wife still had some time before was up so we decided to stick with Verizon until it was up. We left. Remedial Vincent, decides he still wants the commission, so opens up my line anyway. I now have a bill from collection agency for $320 plus. So not only will he getting a visit from me, but a call from corporate. Good job buddy ?

The manager and owner started here from the moment I entered the store. They started to induce me in various ways to make me spend more money to open phone lines. They messed up my bill and made me spend an extra 2 hours talking to T-Moble customer service to get my bill back to the original price. They repeatedly assured me that my bill would not change, and they did not tell me that there would be a $20 cancellation fee for each of the two extra phone lines they added to me. I have complained to T-Mobile about this store... I hope everyone will stop going to this store. Because their store managers and managers only care about money, not serving and helping us customers.

I came here to purchase a new phone after mine was stolen earlier in the day. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Janner, the manager. He was very knowledgeable and was even able to port my old number, although the line had been suspended. I am very happy with my experience!

Under new management (end of August 2023) — truly great staff and customer service. Assistance exceeded expectations and complex billing issue was resolved. Extremely helpful to have Spanish speaking staff now as well.

Fahim is an excellent manager! He helped me so much. I had to get new SIM and a phone! He was super attentive and helpful with my needs!!!! This is and will be my go to T-mobile from now on.

Truly a lovely environment. Outstanding staff and music. Very understanding of my demands, as well as providing first-rate service. Fahim, I appreciate you being so patient and attentive to my needs. Came into the store browsing to find possible options for an upgrade and was greeted with the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Representatives are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Had an excellent customer experience and was able to upgrade and leave the store with a big smile. Will definitely recommend all my fellow tmobile friends to this store. Kudos to management and staff.

Mr. Fahim was so helpful. I had a long 14 hours flight and needed to get my phone number back which was a sprint number. As all sprints stores were closed he even called the customer support and helped to settle things around. Very professional and polite. Thanks

I have been a Tmobile customer for several years and have stuck to a Tmobile location near Hillside which has not been as helpful as this one. Reza was able to provide me with more information about my plan which I wasn’t aware of the deals I could’ve been cashing out on. Now I’m able to get a lot more of my money’s worth which includes a streaming services. He was very nice and informative and I will be coming back to this location from now on.
