My father went to this bank today and they refused to assist him because no one spoke Spanish. They told him to go somewhere else. Never coming again they have ways to assist translators because iv seen it. Unprofessional horrible.

The two staff members in front of me who was withdrawing money were chatting all the time. No one paid any attention to me. It took me a long time for the staff members to finish chatting. Why did they keep chatting during working hours?
