Telephone service is extremely long wait & then they hang up on you & its a long wait again Always an issue getting medications, extremely frustrating

we made an appointment fir vaccinations. usually get at a different walgreens and they are efficient. like other people stated we waited over half and hour did electronic check in no body responded so I kept asking at the desk. never again. they are sooo busy its nuts.

This is literally the bottom of Walgreens barrel; 3rd time reps sneak in extra items in the bill and then act not so surprised when you catch it. This time it was $20 worth of paper towel, last two times beauty products $40/$50. Check your receipts people don’t let the store name fool you! What a shame
