Telephone service is extremely long wait & then they hang up on you & its a long wait again

If I can give less than 1 star I would! This pharmacy is by far the worst ever!!!! Every time I come to pick up a prescription it’s never ready and I get told they just got it come back in 30 min. The best was today telling me they just got the prescription when confronted they said we got it about a half hour ago but we’re going on lunch in 10 minutes so come back in an hour! What a lazy rude bunch of workers! Walgreens do better!!!!

we made an appointment fir vaccinations. usually get at a different walgreens and they are efficient. like other people stated we waited over half and hour did electronic check in no body responded so I kept asking at the desk. never again. they are sooo busy its nuts.

This is literally the bottom of Walgreens barrel; 3rd time reps sneak in extra items in the bill and then act not so surprised when you catch it. This time it was $20 worth of paper towel, last two times beauty products $40/$50. Check your receipts people don’t let the store name fool you! What a shame

I went in with my parents for vaccinations after booking an appointment online. We waited for over an hour past our appointment times only to be told that the vaccines weren’t available and wouldn’t be available for another two days.

This pharmacy is terrible. Long lines, slow service, and the staff don’t seem to care at all. They’re always short-staffed, and every visit feels like a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst pharmacy in Queens. Always an attitude, & the pharmacy tech with the tattoos & purple hair always has a poor attitude. Unfortunate!

The worst pharmacy ever. I called about my son’s prescription and they told me they need the insurance information and to come in. I arrived to pick it up and it is not ready as I have to waste my time and go back in 20 minutes. They aren’t pleasant when they greet you and just a terrible experience each and every time I have to go to that particular pharmacy.

Store is ok but beware of this older guy name Mike (who's a cashier). He tends to gossip about customers to other customers who easily annoy him. Twice he gossiped with me about a customer who gave him a problem. This occurred right before he rang me up. I think this is unprofessional and the manager needs to talk to him about this.

Saturday, 6:45pm ONLY one cashier working in this whole store. Apparently all the other staffs are on "break"
Expect to wait if you're picking up photos... a long wait.

I’ve been to this location several times with my grandma and I can’t stress how amazing the customer service is. The store is very clean and our only trouble would be an employee who was short with short gray hair, she had a disgusting attitude. Thankfully last time we went we had a very kind cashier “Ray” I took a picture of her name because I needed to write this review!! Her smile, kindness and efficiency was amazing. She proposed a great credit card for my grandma and I and we both signed up on the spot she’s amazing!! Definitely will continue coming!! The manager was also very helpful with a rain check we had that we haven’t used before. I love them all!!
