We had a prescription delivered but not delivered to us. Said it was at the post office, but it is not there either.

Delivery due today 8/3/24 . Driver stopped never delivered package, husband stood in driveway watching him. Checked mailbox no delivery. Checked tracking and it stated unable to deliver waiting to be picked up at post office. Never received a notice slip for pickup. Tried calling before noon and no answer . Why didn't package get delivered? Saturday driver to lazy to deliver packages. This us not the first time this has happened. You want more money for worse service. Delivery was not attempted as stated... really bad when we watch mailperson and still no delivery.. just plan lazy and sad.. Whitney Point use to be a good post office. NOT ANYMORE. Package best be in mailbox Monday morning. This is ridiculous.

Great staff. Very friendly. They even helped me find a missing envelope way back when there was flooding which eventually was received. Minimal wait time.

The post office delivered to my address for over a decade that I lived here. Then they had new management and new drivers and they delivered for a time then they said they couldn’t deliver to my address anymore because they can’t make left turns, though I’ve witnessed them many times making left turns across a lane. They just chose not to do the work is the opinion of my friends and neighborhood. Every other delivery service delivers to my house, but now if the package doesn’t fit in the bin I need to have it picked up, though I pay for postage to my address. I rarely if ever leave bad reviews or negative feedback, but it is what it is.Renee is lovely to speak to and very pleasant and willing to help, however Tim is extremely rude, argumentative, combative and doesn’t listen to a word.

It's pretty good it has plenty of mailboxes and if you order something online for you it will arrive pretty quick and the temperature in there is nice and you can easily send letters to your friends and family

Although I pay for postage to my address, if it doesn't fit in my mail box, instead of leaving the package at my door, I have to pick it up at the post office. Not happy, UPS & FEDEX leaves it at my door. It has gotten to the point I try to avoid USPS if I can just to avoid driving ten miles to pick up packages that I've paid to ship to my address. If USPS goes under, well don't care anymore.
