I called Sullivan Auto and Harold answered the phone. We made an appointment for Wednesday night. Drop off with them changing my oil on Thursday morning. Also my wipers everything was done at a very reasonable time. Harold called me back said everything was all set. He was very professional

First time customer, went for a an oil change, and tire rotation. Worked with Peter who was honest and kept me updated. I called on a Friday to see if they could squeeze me in on the following Monday. Peter said it shouldn’t be a problem if I could drop it off for the day. So dropped it off and he got my car in first thing in the morning, called me a little after 9am to give me a status update and recommended new tires, which I knew I would need them sometime in the spring or summer. Peter recommended a good tire at a fair price, he was able to get the tires delivered to the shop and was able to get it all done in one visit. Very pleased with the honesty and customer service. The wife and myself plan on taking all our vehicle needs to Sullivan Auto going forward. Honesty and fair price go along way in today’s world.

Absolutely love these guys. Harold, Peter and the awesome mechanics are top notch. Full of humor and personality. I travel from another town and pass 4 other repair shops to have these guys work on my vehicles, personal and business wise. Hats off to these guys!!!

Had a transmission fluid leak from a bad line, they were able to get me in last minute and take care of everything in a very professional way. Definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for some place to go.

Dropped my vehicle off after hours and the process was very straightforward and easy to do. No hidden drop boxes or dark creepy parking lots! The mechanics got back to me insanely quick about issues with my vehicle and inspection. They did a ton of calling around beforehand to acquire the parts I'd need. Gave me a very fair and honest quote, and fixed my families vehicle quickly ! Words cannot express how much of a pleasure it was dealing with peter,and the Sullivan crew altogether!

Thank you Sullivans for always being kind and helpful. I brought my car in today and the parking lot was super icy and they pulled my car up for me and came out and opened the door for me to get my baby in her car seat. Thank you for always going above and beyond!!!! This is where my husband and I take our vehicles and it’s the absolute best!!!

Great place honestly probably the best iv ever Ben around, including 10 years of trucking 39 states 3 countries and over a million miles, if I was still driving truck and they did truck services I would only go there but I don't and they truly are the nicest people you'd meet and work with and I'll put anything on it that if there is a problem with this place and a customer that it's probably the customer, truly thank you guys for all that you do and have tried to just simply help

Not only did they perform badly needed service without an appointment (failing brakes), but took me home and picked me up after service was completed bc I didn't have a ride.
Their staff is very personable and prices are reasonable. I am no longer going to my dealer for service. I'm glad I found them.

Just moved into the area from Florida. My car ain't ever seen cold weather before so upon arrival my car experienced several issues, got a tow and new battery and a tire repair while I waited at the shop, Peter was friendly while I was waiting and helped with recommendations for around the area. Great shop, will be returning with all auto issues in the future.
