Whenever I have called for any reason at all the receptionist is extremely rude and acts like I’m bothering her. It makes it a horrible experience to get anything done through this practice.

Absolutely the most unorganized doctors office. They never know who the patient sees, mother in law had a stroke and getting any information or prescriptions out of them is ridiculous.

I have been going there for 25+ years. Dr. Persaud best doctor ever. Anita Prasad is the best NP ever. Staff there is very friendly.

Receptionist is horrible. No phone manners, acts like having to speak on the phone is a bother. Total turn off from a great practice. She needs to be spoken to or fired.

I have been going here for 30 years. Doctor Krishna Persaud, and Anita (N.P.) will take good care of you. They have free Wi-Fi here. No coffee. The lobby is walled off from the doctor's office (new security measure) after it was bought by the UR I believe in 2017. They have handicap ramp. The doors are not automated (and no push buttons to open the doors). The place does need a remodel though. The computers were linked to the network a few years ago. They are associated with the mycare network with the U of R. I would recommend them from primary health care.
