Just a cute place! Was sent to Main Street when Broadway had to reschedule and it was a great experience. The techs and vets were kind and helpful, there was even a fish tank in the exam room that entertained the kitten while we waited for less than 10 minutes. Would return or recommend to others!

The team at Alliance always treat my dogs with kindness and thoroughly and professionally. I'm always happy to share that every x-ray I have received a 100% accurate puppy count, which is very important for me. Thank you, Alliance!

The lovely staff of Alliance Animal Hospital have been the most wonderful to work with. Our dear pup developed EPI after battling terrible bouts of pancreatitis (twice in the span of two months). Alliance worked tirelessly to determine the cause of her ailments, and supported us every step of the way as she recovered. If it weren’t for them, I don’t think our fearless Eloise would still be with us.

I’ve been very happy with the care my animals receive. I’ve seen several doctors from Dr Patti, Dr. Donovan and Dr K, they are honest and willing to work with you and answer your questions with patience. My mother sees Dr Grey and likes her too. The receptionist I saw today was very kind also. Jack was happy today, as was Cornbread! Asher is a scaredy cat lol. Thank you.

TL;DR: I highly recommend Alliance on Main and Dr. Gray to any pet owners; they offer fair pricing and honest care for the well-being of the animals.I always feel like both my dog (Nova, a just under 2-year-old Rottweiler mix) and I are truly being cared for when seeing Dr. Gray and when contacting Alliance.I first met Dr. Gray when asking a close family friend (who has done lots of rescue service for many years) for recommendations on veterinarians to give a trustworthy second opinion on the heart surgery Nova needed as a puppy. When I first met with her, I could tell that she was really taking in all the information that she could about Nova, and I felt that she was truly offering her best advice. This made us decide to bring Nova back and make Alliance/Dr. Gray Nova's primary vet. Every time we have visited since, whether for a regular check-up or for a stomach issue or something else, I have felt that Dr. Gray was honestly spending her time with us gathering the appropriate information and truly taking care to offer the best she can for Nova. I never feel as though she is rushing to move on or as though she is just trying to bill us for as much as possible. I always leave feeling that Nova was properly cared for and that Dr. Gray honestly cared about helping Nova.Something else that I find exceptional about Alliance is that they call to check up on Nova even if I took her to another vet. A couple times, I have taken her to OPVMC because it is closer to us and I needed quick, walk-in service. Every time, the very next day, Alliance staff sees that she went to another vet, and takes it upon themselves to reach out to me to check on Nova. This speaks volumes to me, and I appreciate that they care enough about my dog to check in on her, even when I didn't take her there. They never try to convince me that I should've just brought her there; they simply ask how she's doing, if she's okay, and offer assistance should any further problems arise. Dr. Gray has even asked me to report back to her personally on how Nova is doing following an appointment, just out of her own care and concern. And, the office staff always treat both me and Nova with respect, even if it's the third time they've received a call from me in the same week.Alliance has been quite reasonable with pricing, and Dr. Gray herself even caught a mistake (when a test was accidentally run and charged for, but we which we had agreed not to run). It was totally honest mistake. When she realized this, she could have just let it be and hoped that I wouldn't notice or ask for a refund. Instead, she called me, told me that she recognized the mistake, and offered to refund me. That, I believe, is truly honest work, and makes me feel even better about continuing to bring Nova to Alliance. I feel that they care about more than simply getting paid, and I feel that my dollars are being used effectively.Overall, I greatly appreciate Alliance and the great service that has been provided to me and Nova. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alliance (Main St.) and Dr. Gray to any pet owner.

I take my dogs to Dr. MtPleasant. Recently my almost 17 year old baby shih tzu was suffering and I had to let him cross the rainbow bridge. Up to this point the Dr. was always a reliable source because my dogs habits were changing and we didn’t know what to do or even if there was anything that could be done. Even though some would have been frustrated with the constant what should we do, never Dr. MtPleasant, she was always willing to let us know what she thought. On Saturday morning, 3/25 I reached out to Dr. MtPleasant because my dog was clearly not ok and within 1.5 hours I had an appointment to bring my baby in. The Dr. and the staff were so amazing knowing how difficult this is. It was not just another dog to them and they understood it’s my baby.Today I get a call and they received my dogs ashes back. My husband went to pick it up and it was so overwhelming to him to see the beautiful cedar box they put his ashes in with his name and our last name, a paw print on top with a heart and lock and keys.I couldn’t be more thankful for how they care for my pets even at the end and even when their gone as well as understanding the difficult time you are having to go through something like this.If you want a good Vet to take your animals to, go to Alliance animal hospital and have them see Dr. MtPleasant.

We brought our 15-year-old Chihuahua in here on an emergency basis. The techs and Dr Gray were phenomenal. Could not have asked for anyone better than her for our old girl. 7 months later and she is more hyper than she was as a pup.

I was super nervous when my cat (the one in my profile pic) had to go under anaesthesia for a tooth extraction. Dr. K and the techs did an excellent job, and my little girl is back to 100%. The entire office has been wonderful, answering any questions I have. Definitely recommend.

Not the same great care Dr. Kuhn provided. We took our older constipated cat there for treatment, and 30 min. later Dr. Keoningsberg and her team returned to us our beloved kitty dead, while lying to us she was alive and fine. When confronting them with the fact that our kitty is not breathing, the answer given to us was that sedation hasn’t expired yet and that she will wake up shortly. We knew right there at that moment that our cat was dead, but neither Dr. Keoningsberg nor her staff came to examine her or even to look at her. What medical treatment was provided,or not, and what went wrong is still a mystery, other than $1,135 bill. At the moment when they noticed that out cat was losing her life, they should have given us a chance to say goodbye to her, but that never happened. When they took her to the treatment room, they assured us that everything would be okay and we were very optimistic, it didn’t even cross our minds that we will not be bringing her back home alive. Things happen, we understand, but why all the lies and cover up. Was it incompetence? Most likely. Now regarding the bill. Fluid samples were taken to be sent out to outside lab, and medication given to us to take home, this while they were pretending that our cat was still alive. When they finally had to admit the cat was in fact dead it should become clear to them that fluid samples will not be sent out and meds will not be needed. We returned the meds and the bill was never adjusted. Had to go trough credit card company to peel back over $300 for things just mentioned. So it’s not only medical incompetence but also financial misconduct.Dr. Gray graciously reached out to us a week later, expressed her condolences and promised to look into what happened, as of now we still don’t know the answer. Talk is cheap.
