Very Disappointing experience at this non corporate owned store. Went them to upgrade my iPhone. Not only could they not process a simple upgrade that we started online, but after waiting over an hour I decided to leave my phone in their “capable “ hands to finish. I got my old phone back in non working condition. My number looks to be deleted from my plan and the phone has no data plan. I didn’t notice until the next day since my wi fi was working. Now the store is closed and I have to go to another store to fix their screw up. Lots of wasted time from a company that doesn’t value your time .

I came into the store to get the Iphone 14 pro max, I had done my research and decided this was the phone I wanted, I liked it better than the 15 pro max in my opinion. When I walked into the store and told the lady what I wanted and asked how to go about it she seemed very confused and just stared at me so I asked can we sit down , she seemed like she did not want my business at all , the entire time she made me feel incompetent . The second time I came back the same lady was there, she went in a co worker ( In which I saw her pointing at me in my car and talking to the employee) then he was sent over to take care of me , the guy she sent over seemed like he didn’t want my business just as much as she did . Because of this experience I got the phone I did not want because after the second time going in and still being dismissed and feeling incompetent It was easier to just give in to the phone they’d actually sell me rather than get a blank look and worker being confused as to why I would not want the new phone .

Had a very stressful and difficult experience at this AT&T location. Went in last week to trade in my phone for a newer one. The process (updating the phone and transferring my old phones data over) was taking longer then expected so they said I could leave the phone with them and come back and hour or so later, I did. They said if it finished early they would give me a call on a different number I gave them. I came back an hour later and the phone was having difficulty updating because of their WiFi. They told me to take my new phone and do it the transferring and updating on my own WiFi. But they had removed my cellular data from my old phone, so if I couldn’t update the new phone at my own house I would not have any phone with cellular data to be able to contact. My problem is that 1) they should have called me when they were first experiencing trouble with the new phone and 2) not sent me with home with 2 phones that had no cellular data on them (they admitted that they should have put the cellular data back on my old phone before I left the store the 2nd time). All in all, driving and back forth all day to and from that store and me having to figure out my new phones problem on my own when it’s there job to do so was stressful. Perhaps get better WiFi at your store if you specialize with electronics.

Very bad service, I came from another location to pick up my phone and just at the entrance I was advised by employee Chris, that he is closing in 15 minutes and I am not welcomed. I needed phone ASAP. Very unpleasant and not friendly experience.

I'm visiting from overseas and needed to get a pre paid sim. My phone was having compatibility problems and the staff were so helpful in figuring out how to fix the problem. Instead of giving up they kept going and we got it working! Thanks so much!

These guys were so good!!! They told me they were all new yet they helped me out more than any other store I’ve been to!!! It is such a convenient location and it’s so nice that I don’t have to walk through the mall or drive on Transit! Go here for all of your needs!

Incredible service! Everyone was super nice and very willing to help! I’ve found at other locations in the area I’m typically rushed out and most questions I have are met with “you’d have to call support about that one,” but here the employees took their time with me and made 100% sure my new phone was all set up and that all of my questions were asked! They made everything so much less stressful and have made a permanent customer out of me!

Nothing like being a loyal customer for years. Then being completely over charged and no way to fix it. I’ve spent at least 30 hours of my time on the phone with 4-5 different people from customer service and told they see what I’m saying and everything would be taken care of, but nothing was. Then to call again and be told I had to go to the actual store to have it taken care of there… then to go there and be told I had to call customer service even though they could see I should be receiving the promotional discount. Even though you’re charging me twice as much than I agreed too, if stop paying my monthly payments, my account will be deactivated and I’ll be sent to collections, which would destroy my credit. Right? So basically I’m being held hostage and paying my own ransom… So what do you think I should do now? What do you suggest AT&T? Until I get the name and phone number l of an actual person that “can” resolve this issue and actually get results, I will continue posting this on anything that has to do with AT&T. If you don’t like it, fix it!! Thank you ?
