Bridals by D is absolutely amazing! The owner, Denise, is wonderful, knowledgeable, creative, efficient, and will find the perfect gown for you! I was in search of a Mother of the Groom gown and am a plus size. The gowns she pulled for me were all gorgeous, flattering for my body type, and coordinated with the wedding color theme. She listened to my preferences and met those and even included features that I hadn’t thought of. My future daughter-in-law and best friend were also impressed with how quickly we were able to try on so many beautiful gowns and how all of them looked wonderful on! I am so happy I found a beautiful, elegant gown for my son’s wedding! Thank you Denise for all your help, and for having such a wonderful shop, and variety of gowns that are not found anywhere else!

Great selection of Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses. The dresses here have quality structure with gorgeous materials and style. I hope to look beautiful but not overdone nor old fashion. This was my third bridal store but should have been my first. I love my dress!

Betty and Denise are hands down the best in the business. Their impeccable taste and eye for style are unmatched. They knew exactly which dresses would flatter my complexion and body type, and they customized the dress for me so that I saved a significant amount of money on alterations. This incredible service saved me from spending an additional $1,000 on a seamstress, which is something most other bridal stores don’t even offer. Typically, you’d have to take your dress elsewhere for extensive alterations, but at Bridals by D they order the dress at the right length for you. They can customize every part of the dress. They go above and beyond, ensuring your dress fits perfectly without the extra hassle or cost.
I traveled from Toronto, Canada, to NY for my wedding dress because Bridals by D was the only place willing to go the extra mile to help me find a stunning Demetrios dress. After visiting three different bridal stores in Toronto, where I was pressured to buy off the rack with no customization options, I was beginning to lose hope. Denise was AMAZING! She has now provided 2 of my sisters and myself with our dream wedding gowns (1 sister left to go) and my mom’s mother of bride gowns. Denise knew what dress o wanted before I did. She has an eye for this and does a wonderful job. Even though she knew what I’d like she didn’t push it and still let me wander the shop and pull and try on any dress I wanted. Unlike other shops where they ask your style and kind of shop for you which I dont Like because I feel Like I’m missing out on dresses and just the experience. But not with Denise, she was so accommodating, made special changes to my gown to make It truly one of a kind and the communication was excellent. I cant Wait for my wedding and to wear my dress it’s the most gorgeous gown I’ve ever put on my body. Thank you so much for everything!

I don't think I could recommend Bridals by D enough. They offer incredible service, make you feel extremely comfortable, and go above and beyond for their customers. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
I had a few things go wrong (bustle done wrong, needed last-minute alterations, etc). The women at Bridals by D went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of.
D and Betty are the two sweetest women of all time. If you need to find a wedding dress, please make Bridalds by D your first stop.

Love Bridals by D! I looked at several shops in WNY but this one has the most glitzy, gorgeous, and unique dresses. The best part is that they are customizable. After looking at several shops and trying on a dozen dresses, I ended up saying 'YES' to the very first wedding dress I ever tried on, which was here at Bridals by D. While I was initially perusing the store and also during subsequent dress fittings Betty was a pleasure to work with. She is so sweet and is honest about what will be flattering. D was equally helpful and has a great selection of dresses. I love that I was able to customize my dress and make it into the exact ballgown of my dreams (Demetrios style 1151 with added sequin tulle layer and added shoulder swags/straps). My dress turned out absolutely beautiful and I felt like a princess on my wedding day. I received so many compliments on the dress from my friends and family. My mother also got her MOB dress from here (Rina di Montella style RD2750 in navy) and it is fabulous. She loved the dress and received many compliments too. Thanks Bridals by D!!Also, to those reading reviews I would disregard the negative nancy below me. There is a reason that most designers do NOT put slits in ballgowns: because the tulle would pop out of the slit. Having also worked with Bobby, who completed the alterations on my wedding dress, I know he is very clear about what is possible and I am certain he would have informed of any risk involved. Folks, LISTEN to the advice of your seamstress/tailor!
