Friendly staff, but I am really put off by always having to wait 5-10 minutes at the counter until somebody helps me. They will walk past, make eye contact, then keep chatting amongst themselves while putting bottles away.

If you need to talk to a pharmacist it's actually easier to just transfer your prescriptions to a non-CVS location instead of trying to navigate the horrible automated system that will ultimately force you to leave a voicemail. I've been lucky enough to get it down to about 3 minutes of navigating the automated system to get to the voicemail box but it only takes 2 minutes to transfer to a different pharmacy. 🤷

Nice folks but they can't give me the meds my Dr orders cause they don't have the meds and no other cvs around here has the meds.told me to find another drugstore

The pharmacy doesn’t actually have a person that answers their phone. They expect their pharmacists to man the phone. You can only leave a message and wait for them to call you back. I’m sure CVS is too cheap to pay someone to assist the pharmacists and provide customer care like other pharmacies have. It is an automated system with a series of convoluted prompts that you have to wait patiently for it to cycle before you can get where you need to go. The link that the pharmacist gives you on your text message to put in a code just keeps spinning and says “logging” but never moves pass that. Has been this way for two days each time I attempt. Never works. I have a new iPhone so am not using outdated technology.

Horrible. You advertise free flu shots for the entire family. It's not free if you are requiring insurance to get it....I pay for that insurance. I made flu shot appointment for my kids. I carry two different insurances and my son has Medicaid. After waiting 45 mins you wouldn't accept any of my insurances and denied my kids vaccines. Your pharmacist stated we had to go to another CVS two towns over. Thanks CVS, what an awesome heathcare company. We left with no vaccine. You really need to rethink about your Marketing.
