Warning: Do NOT book this hotel. The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but even after 4 PM no room was provided. On top of that, the hotel looks nothing like the photos online — the actual condition is far worse. Completely misleading and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Someone received the call and attitude so bad , I called at 8 pm on august 28 , 2025 . I am requesting change this woman from front desk otherwise you will lose the customer, thanks

The filthiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Dirty and torn carpets, peeling walls, stains on the bed, various odors. We left immediately.
