This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in my 20+ years of stay in this country. So many things were dysfunctional - starting from bathroom door, TV remote/set, light switch, ripped bedsheet etc. Since I was just staying there for one night only and very tired at the end of the day, I didn't bother complaining to the front desk/manager. But this was utter failure in the management's part to keep the hotel tidy. If you have the option to stay somewhere else, go there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Warning: Do NOT book this hotel. The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but even after 4 PM no room was provided. On top of that, the hotel looks nothing like the photos online — the actual condition is far worse. Completely misleading and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

The filthiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Dirty and torn carpets, peeling walls, stains on the bed, various odors. We left immediately.

The Behavior of the PO person who standing at the registration counter is the worst in my entire life. I don't know his name but it's 18th August at 3pm in the afternoon.

If I could give negative 10 this would be it. The place smelt like garbage, weed and cigarettes. When we pulled up to the building it looked nothing like the pictures. Peeling paint and no signage. There was a man on the second floor smoking with his window open. The minute we walked into this place the carpets were nasty and everyone in there was sounded like they needed ventilators because the air quality was horrendous. As we got to our room thank goodness I looked down and there was a roach crawling by the door. We immediately turned around and left. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The place ain’t for those expecting lavish pampering and embroidered bathrobes.
It must have been worse, but it’s getting better if you read a lot of negative reviews from the past.
Sure, it’s not a 4 star hotel with spotless pristine rooms - they’ve seen mileage, they’re rough around the edges.
But everything is clean. Couple stains, couple old scuffs, it happens. But everything has been washed.
When I arrived in my room, the A/C wasn’t working. Instead of fearing the worst or demanding an immediate refund, I asked a staff member in the hallway and they promptly came in and investigated. Turns out a previous tenant had pulled a knob off inside and it popped back in and works great. Danger averted by the great friendly staff.
Gonna have a BBQ out back here shortly, with the blessing of the staff (not too close to the hotel as requested) and enjoy a good nights sleep before heading out tomorrow.
Would 100% stay here again. Great value. Not for little kids or snooty wives. Take them to a place with a waterslide and spend 4x as much.

I only stayed here because I needed a place to sleep for one night. And while I had low expectations, this place really went above and beyond to somehow still make me shake my head.
First of all upon check in I was told they needed to place a $60 hold on my card. I had already paid for the room. I was exhausted so just agreed to it. The next day after I checked out I suddenly had yet another $60 hold charged that morning. So $120 was being held after paying for my room. The charges did come off a day later but that was still an annoyance.
As far as the room goes, immediately opening the door it smelled like damp cigarettes. Yet they have a sign saying they’ll charge you $250 if you smoke in the room. The bed was super springy and the foot of the bed had springs resisting to pop right out. The blanket was a thin hotel curtain material and I found myself searching for a rod channel just to see if it really was a curtain.
Our bathroom was ridiculous. The door didn’t have a latch! The knob was extremely loose and there was nothing in between each side. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet so it slid around every time you went to sit. It also had weird stains on it. The shower was also stained however it was hot and had good pressure.
The room had several noticeable signs of disrepair as well.
Now I know this is a cheap room but there should be standards. The owners clearly don’t take pride in their establishment and they won’t even fix something as cheap as a doorknob.
I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else does. They only good I have to say about it is the location. But it’s worth paying a little more to get something nicer than this.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. From the moment I entered, the lobby and entrance area looked unclean and had an unpleasant odor. The hallways were not much better – they appeared neglected and dirty, with some areas needing serious upkeep.
There were visible wet stains on the bed and cigarette burns and suspicious brown stains that made the space feel unhygienic. In some rooms, I noticed the wallpaper peeling off the walls, which added to the overall neglected atmosphere.

You will absolutely have to go through the bank to get your deposit back… just take the extra 60 bucks or whatever they’re charging for a deposit now and get a nicer room, cause you’re not getting it back anyway. Motel 6 is about the same price and if you use a third-party at the garden place up the street is usually cheaper and they have room with hot tubs in them.

Wow, expensive for a very sleasy hotel. The sheets were dirty, all hotel room floors turn your feet black a little, this was extra dirty, my neighbor ran his bathroom fan all night, and it rattled. The ac was really loud. I didn't sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a stay at Fairbridge Inn Express near Buffalo Airport thinking it would be fine for a quick stop — big mistake. The hallways reeked of trash, and to make things worse, there were trash bags full of garbage just sitting in front of the rooms. It was filthy and completely unacceptable. When I got into the room, I noticed that the air conditioner looked like it had been burned or caught fire before. It was damaged, dirty, and looked dangerous. At that point, we didn’t even feel safe staying there. We lasted maybe 30 minutes before deciding to leave and book another hotel nearby — which, thankfully, was clean, safe, and professionally maintained. This place is a health and safety hazard. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs. Pay a little more and stay somewhere where you can actually breathe, sleep, and feel safe.

I would not let recommend this place at all. It smelled, the conditioning didn’t work, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were buckets all around to catch rain water. My husband started to unpack and I basically that would find us another place or we would sleep in the car. I would not let my worst enemy step on foot in that unhealthy, dirty place they call a hotel. The health department should be called and shut it down.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT GO. It's not worth your money. Pulling up to the hotel it looks abandoned, it's disgusting. You walk in and it smells horrible, we didn't even go to our room we wanted to cancel immediately. I would call this place a roach motel, seriously.
Women working was extremely RUDE, barely wanted to me cancel my reservation, and was just not helpful whatsoever. Don't book here, just don't do it.

The room i was in was oddly weird...a desk with a broken drawer with no chair, a TV with no remote. The lady at front desk during my check in process, was courteous and respectful. The tub had lots of hair including the sink..but I was like meh?! Whatever, it only gets worse from the time you walk in..overall..it was enough satisfaction for one night..thanks!🫠
