Only one lady and she was chatting with a customer for 30 min discussing her baby, her husband, etc. I was only one in line and she was intentionally disregarding me.

Came here to return a package and the gentleman working was very rude. He wouldn't give a receipt for the return which understand but he was very rude and condescending.

Picked up a package they were holding. Only one person working on a Saturday. Had to wait behind someone getting passport pictures done. It was a bit of a wait but I did get my package

This is the second time this FedEx location has completely failed to do their basic job—getting an overnight package on the truck. I dropped off my time-sensitive shipment well before the cutoff, and once again, they “forgot” to hand it to the driver. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence, especially when customers are paying a premium for overnight service.
FedEx promotes reliability and speed, but this location has proven to be the exact opposite. I lost time, money, and credibility because of their negligence. It’s clear this is not a one-off mistake—this is a pattern. If your delivery matters, avoid this location at all costs.

Mailed a few packages from here & didn’t have any issues. The guy at the counter was very helpful and prompt, I was in and out within 10 minutes including time spent packaging by me. The packages both arrived promptly.

I was hesitant to use this location for my shipping needs after reading some of the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! I used the self-service printer system with no issues. Then I purchased some packing/shipping supplies and had my item shipped. The FedEx employee helping me was efficient and professional but could have been more a little more friendly. My request to watch the label be applied to the valuable package was met with a little annoyance.

I went there early in the morning, within 20-30 minutes of opening. There was one person working helping 3 people at once, got us all in and out within 10 minutes. Quick and easy.

This FedEx Ship Center Customer Service Team is AWESOME! Each time I’ve had to ship or return ship through this location, I have always been treated professionally and respectfully. They go out of their way to ensure you have packing material and documentation so that there are no issues with your shipment. Most especially the young tall man behind the counter on June 7th @ 1pm! TY

Walked into the store and the employee was sitting on the counter with his back to me. Turns his head and asks “What do you want”. I evidently interrupted his conversation with another employee. Slides off the counter and proceeds to slurp from his drink while he’s talking to me. Speechless. He must have read my reluctance to deal with him, so he walked away and sent someone else to finish the transaction.
The owner must be having a hard time hiring. No excuses for this guys behavior.

Avoid! Do yourself a favor and go to the FedEx near the airport. The clerks at this store are untrained and unsure of themselves, resulting in general surliness to customers. I don’t trust my packages with them.
