Jeff the manager is amazing and the whole team over there is excellent. They are good honest mechanics who you can depend on. They always go above and beyond. I recommend them all the time. This location is by far the best!

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop. I set up an appointment in person days ahead for a quick service and I was there from 9am to 2:15 and I had work from 3-8. I couldn’t do anything that day. I wanted to help my dad out, bring my ticket to court, and help my family move some stuff at home. But I wasn’t informed that it takes 6.5 hours to clean brakes. You guys ruined my day that day. And I wasn’t told, “you’ll be waiting for a while,” so I could get a ride. I was assuming service would take 2 hours max. Terrible experience. WOULD NOT recommend going to this terrible establishment.

I sent my perfect rims ($4000) to dismount and remount new tires on. I asked various times to different employees at this location if they could do it/would be comfortable to do the service. They said yes with confidence. Following day I get a call from an advisor saying they screwed up on dismounting the rim. After that, they said they will need to powder coat the one rim they messed up on. Meanwhile you cannot just powder coat one because they will all now look different. So because of their screw up my rims are now devalued because of their dishonesty and unprofessional technicians.
I would avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately, my family has given this location one too many chances. We had to get our car in for an emergency on a holiday weekend. It wasn't done the say "guaranteed" by noon so we could leave, we live out of town, and wasn't until 5 or 6pm. Poor communication and even worse, found out about a month later that the work done resulted in something being threaded and a worse problem is now on our hands. Location offered for us to come back, closer location to my knowledge is charging us for service over a mistake made here. Now it's time and money to fix a mistake that shouldn't have happened. At the time of first appt we also called the 800 number to put a claim in about the timing and we had no help there. Overall, very disappointed since there are great people up front like Terry who want to provide good customer service, but can't due to the lack of knowledge and awareness like employees in the back.

I called asking for an appointment to get alignment person on the phone told me to come in and they didnt honor my appointment they also cant align every car which i asked before i came in for the appointment really bad communication and service wasnt there after i tried to make an appointment

Make sure when you talk with Eric at the EHM location you hurry! I was on the call with him for exactly 3:58 minutes and because I was trying to get the trimline he said "I can't really spend and hour with you on the phone...hehehehe". Maybe don't put Eric on the phone with customers?

Horrible service and over priced. Had an appointment for 3pm for an oil change, they didn’t even know the make & model and type of vehicle I had after I already answered all their questions on the phone prior. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time for them to even drive the truck into the bay. Then when they are finally done my paperwork in my truck flew out and the guy who did the service didn’t even have the decency to try to pick it up, then I had to run out of the building to grab it while it was blowing away in the wind. Will never return for approx 180$ for terrible service.
Update: called for the manager Eric and after bringing up the issue, he hung up on me. I heard them put the phone down
