In a world where shopping for furniture online can be treacherous--or just downright maddening--I am very grateful to have come upon the Furniture Domain. Let me tell you why: 1. They truly offered serious price matching, and gave me a truly competitive price. They responded quickly by email. 2. They consistently kept me informed of the status of my items and when they would be shipped. 3. They didn't charge me for my items until they shipped. (BEWARE of places that charge you right away!) 4. When I had a customer service issue--which wasn't their fault--they were totally on top of the situation. They were super responsive and kept at it until I was completely satisfied. Excellent customer service AND the lowest price. How could I be happier?
