Excellent customer service. Karen will go above and beyond to accommodate your decorating needs. Their pieces are well crafted and tasteful. In addition, Kittinger will make one of a kind pieces if you can't find it in their store.

Unique & beautiful pieces. Surprisingly affordable which I didn't expect. Sales lady (I think her name was Cindy?) wasn't pushy and respected the design idea I had. Accommodating with delivery and storage options because my house isn't completed yet. Attentive to my needs but relaxed. Didn't expect to get this service & selection in Buffalo

I highly recommend Robert. He is a very talented designer who can deal with all budgets and all rooms. You cannot imagine the difference a true professional can make!
