I’ve got a couple different things for my soon to be wife from here over the last year and have never been dissatisfied with the service or product. I do believe the prices could be brought down a bit and that’s why we are missing one star. Above that, everything else is excellent, the product, the speed of service, the detail about the products and the work that went into them, etc. I will definitely be shopping at Kay’s more in the future and I highly recommend the company.She said yes!!

Great experience! I will definitely come back! Not sure what the other are referring to. The customer service was great! Jerard was the guy who made the sale. Very knowledgeable! The young lady's that assisted when I came to pick up after sizing on 6.5.2023 were also very good.

Bought a $1200 Movado watch, barely made eye contact, took links out of so it did fit. Never set the time or date-definitely did not go over the watch functions.While he was adjusting the watch my wife and I looked at other jewelry, the lady sitting behind the counter never even looked up, even when we were asking about a stone. We decided with this type of service, we would spend anymore money elsewhere.. Definitely not shopping here again

Poor customer service. Bought jewelry with zero interest promotion. They didn't honor the promotion. Didn't figure it out until after i got my statement and it wasn't a option to return

Well I didn't really believe all these other bad reviews until I had to go to this location due to my last two stores closing. Not really sure why this one stayed open.... worst customer service ever! Right from the start I could tell the sales women didn't want to help. She didn't even pull up my account before telling me she couldn't fix my ring for me and that I "just wasn't understanding" however it was quite clear to me what she was saying. Between her remarks and body language she should not be in customer service let alone the store manager. My advice don't go to this location or any Kay's really because they are not the company for quality merchandise or good service.

Terrible if I could give it them -10 stars I would!!! One of the girls there asked if my husband wanted to be prequalified for a card she explained that there is a card with 0 interest. She stated that prequalifing wasn’t going to actually sign him up for anything. He prequalified for the one that does have interest. She asked if he was interested in signing up for the credit card. He said no. We got a credit card in the mail a couple days later. Don’t let them prequalify you for a credit card unless you’re prepared to get a credit card in the mail without your permission! So unprofessional!

My boyfriend bought me a necklace and ring here for my birthday last year.We purchased the lifetime warranty for it because after a couple months the chain that was extremely thin on the necklace broke and i lost the diamond to it.I went to the store with the chain that i still had only because it caught on my vest.kays replaced it no problem. Just yesterday i was wearing the necklace and unfortunately that cheap thin chain broke again.when i went back to the store and explained that it broke,this time they wouldn't replace it saying they can't if its lost or stolen.It wasn't lost or stolen!!! It obviously broke again!! I had it on.Never doing business here again!!

The key store in williamsville on Transit road is best by far but you also are closing the stores closer to my location to make it makes it more difficult

Some time ago, I bought a woman's Seiko watch *with life-time battery replacement* from Kay. I went in recently to get a new battery, only to be told "we're not able to do that." So in other words, I got blown off. They mumbled something about Covid, but hey, if you want to sanitize a metal watch, just leave it on a shelf for 2 days. I had to buy my own battery, then I returned to Kay. Would you pay me back ($10.88 !) for the battery I had to buy? No! was the answer. The store is not fulfilling its promise, and the young lady's explanation was simply "I did not make the policy." True, but irrelevant. The corporation is at fault.

I've come here about 7 times over the last month and every time I was helped immediately and pleasantly. They've never given me any grief with returns or anything. They are very safe for COVID. They don't have a huge selection, but are willing to contact other Kay stores to have jewelers sent in to this one. I did some comparison shopping on Bulova watches and found Kay to be the most expensive for the same products. So I guess overall, great customer service, great quality product, financing options, warranty options, but a little limited selection at this location and I would price shop before making a final purchase here if it's not something true to JUST Kay's.

Did not appreciate them trying to sneak in a warranty. Friendly salesperson but they tried to include an optional warranty without asking. AFTER I inquired about the cost and warranty it was explained. With % off coupons and discounts I'm sure it's easy to hide a $60 warranty and I wonder how many others are scammed into useless expensive warranties they do not need. I do not appreciate these sales practices and will not be patronising this business again.
