Very friendly and knowledgeable. Opened up a business account today with no problem, Anthony was helpful and very informative. Was a seamless process, appreciated the great service.

Started a savings account online. When my information came mailed to my house, I noticed I received no debit card. Never knew I had to come to the branch to complete the new account set up. (I assume it's for security reasons) I haven't been inside a bank for over 15 years. The service representative did a great job in helping me finalizing my account. Even when there was a few problems with the card, she took her time and completed everything.

Wow!!! After changing my one star rating to a 5, they hit me with about 6+ overdraft fees after i thought they put protection on my account. NOPE!!! So they won't even erase those fees when I received incorrect info. Wish I could give 0 star reviews. Stay away. I recommend any other bank. Or even storing it under your mattress. At least you won't get overdraft fees and you aren't making any money on your checking account. Choose elsewhere if you don't like headaches, hold music, and hardship.
