We placed an order last summer for a 2024 XT4. Were told that the car should arrive end of September early October. Yes there was the strike so we did not think to much about the time. We called the dealership on multiple occasions asking to speak with the salesman that we worked with, Rocco and had to leave messages with no return calls. He had also given us his cell phone number which he may have answered once or twice telling us that the order was not picked up yet. A call was made today and when our call was returned we were told that the order was never even placed. So we placed the order and gave a down payment last summer for a special order and we have nothing.... We are being refunded our down payment amount but still no new vehicle. I have never been so frustrated with a dealership ever and we have placed special orders in the past.

I couldn't be happier with the buying experience I had at Cappellino. I found a used GMC I was interested in online and reached out. Steve John responded that day to answer any questions and to set up an test drive. Since it was during the holidays and I was an hour away, I could not come out immediately. Steve followed up but was not pushy or overbearing. When I was able to set up a test drive, I was unavoidably detained and was an hour late for my appointment. Steve was understanding and was still willing to help me. I test drove the car, loved it. Steve was able to get me a price I was comfortable with and after being told I would have to come back the next day for delivery, was able to push things through so I could drive the car off the lot that day. Top notch service, even for someone buying an offbrand used car. Thanks Steve!

I researched the best deal in western NY and by far, they had it! Our salesman, John Taggart, was on point! He made sure every detail during the buying process was completed for us. Brad, our salesman at Cappellino Cadillac, was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our brand new vehicle was ready as promised. All of our paperwork was ready when we arrived for my signature. All of the personnel at the dealership were friendly and helpful also.

If I could leave no stars I would. I purchased a 2019 Cadilac Escalade from them September 3 2022. I have put 9k miles on this vehicle and I just had to put brakes on it and the tires are bald. I ordered tires online and called to see if they can install them for me. They told me they don’t service parts that aren’t bought from them. I asked if it’s normal to have to out brakes and tires on a vehicle so soon after purchase and his snarky remark was well Sir, you didn’t buy a new vehicle. That’s wear and tear. My extended warranty I purchased doesn’t cover this either…

I would like to give a big thank you to my salesman John Taggart and the finance department Lauren Maloney at Cappellino Cadillac for doing an outstanding job for my new Escalade purchase and my wife's XT-4 purchase and my daughters new XT-5 purchase. The whole Cappellino Cadillac Team should be commended. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They were impressive and I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them for their new, used or service car needs. I have been purchasing new Escalades from them for at least 18 years and they have always given me top notch service. Well done Cappellino Team and thanks!

Lauren from finance is very rude and arrogant. She is not a good representation of the company. I was so upset about the way I was treated I wanted to go elsewhere but still purchased my Escalade.
