I just rented a unit at the brand new facility in Tonawanda, NY - both the management and the facility are fabulous - the facility is secure, clean, well-lit, climate controlled, drive-up and easily accessable and perfect for my needs - the management is great to work with and helped me select the perfect size unit - everything was explained in detail with no pressure - I would highly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alberto N******* at Life Storage and I cannot recommend him enough. Very well run storage facility in Cornelius, North Carolina on Bailey Road. Mark, the store manager has helped me and my family with 6 units and he is is very professional and polite. I enjoy doing business with him. He explains things very clearly and keeps the place very clean and organized.

Professional, patient, and polite work environment. During my brief time there in Sales Ronald Hall was a great supervisor, Jessica Crosato was a great trainer, and Heather DeSantiago was a great director. They provided all of the constructive criticism to grow on both a professional and personal level.
