Heather at Extra Space Storage in Williamsville was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The price for my son's storage unit to store his dorm stuff was a rock-bottom price! I booked it in March even though he needs the unit in May (to beat the college student rush). I paid for March through August to keep that price the same; it was still very affordable!
