I recently had them repair a QSC Touch mix 16 audio mixer. I was very pleased with their service. I had repaired an issue with the board myself and ran into an issue with one of the internal ribbon connectors. The repair took less time than i was originally told. The technician called me to explain what he had done. Very good communications, good quality work, and reasonable prices. They were nice to deal with.

BUYER BEWARE: Shady Business!!I work for a small Ebay business that sells mostly used electronics. We are a top rated seller which means we offer free shipping to the buyer and free 30-day returns for any reason. This company (Lifetime Service Center) has bought numerous items from us and returned ALL of them. When we looked them up and saw they were a repair company it made sense (customer's change their mind all the time). A red flag popped up when an Ebay buyer said we sent them the wrong item (2 months after it was delivered). The red flag was because if we mix up orders, someone else would have gotten the wrong part as well. They sent us a photo of "what we sent them" vs what they ordered. Turns out, we did send out both items that day... both items went to different Ebay buyers AT THE SAME LOCATION - Lifetime Service Center. The kicker is that the "wrong item" was refunded already because they changed their mind and we didn't want to pay return shipping on a cheap item. To sum it up, they had both of our items, got a full refund for 1, and tried to say we sent them the wrong part to get another refund. Since then, we've monitored what they have bought from us and every item they ever bought has had a return open (which means we're paying double the shipping on all of it). I don't know what scam they are pulling with their customers, or us, but we have since blocked them from purchasing anything further from our Ebay store.Use caution with this business!!

I made an appointment online to drop off some electronics recycling. When I arrived the person at the front window was kind and immediately came out to my truck with a cart to help me unload my items.

They accept electronic recycling here, had a 12 yr old 50 inch plasma TV that no longer worked. Called & they work by appointment. Showed up & a gentleman rolled out a large cart & help unload from SUV & wheeled TV away, no muss or fuss, even cord & remote were accepted for recycling, all at no charge. Excellent resource for this.

I know what's wrong with my switch, but they won't quote on what the repair will cost. Instead, they want you to pay ~$40 to diagnose and then they'll tell you. That's sets them up to overcharge and if you don't like it, you're out $40. I'm not paying to find out how much it costs. This is a scam. Avoid this place and others that do business like them.

Sent in a my laptop to be repaired, the backlight on the screen was broken, but the laptop was otherwise fully functional and would output to an external display. They kept my laptop for 2 or 3 months before I finally contacted them to see what was taking so long. They said the laptop needed a new main board, (which it DID NOT as of when I sent it in) and that they couldn't get the part. They offered to send it back, and when I finally got the laptop back it was completely dead. Wont power on, wont output to a display, wont spin the fans. I can only conclude that they killed the board somehow. What kind of repair shop sends a device back in worse shape than they receive it in?

Sent in my 3090TI to be repaired. They legitimately sent it back since I didn't send power cords. Fair enough. But they also sent me back an empty thermal paste bag of grizzly kryonaut that I had sent with the card. Ummm...? Why? It's like $30... Are you really that hard up? The sketch level is too high so I won't be sending my card back.I suppose it could have been the FedEx store, too, yoinking product. Can't trust people it seems.

They repaired my NAD Receiver and did a great job. 2 weeks to diagnose, 1 week to order parts, and I had it back a week later so I can enjoy the rest of the football season and atmos media.

Reviewing Asurion Home Plus (apparently repairs are sent here)The website states clearly that liquid spill on laptop are covered My laptop had a liquid spill after 6 months of membership.I paid $99 deductible + tax and the laptop was returned to me without being fixed with a note saying (fix denied because the laptop already opened).The support said that no screws should ever be taken, this is ridiculous because I would need to remove the SSD before shipping it (this is an excuse because the technician didn't know how to fix it).The support also said that the $99 deductible can't be refunded because a technician looked at it. The promise "If we can't fix it, we reimburse" is a lie.

Their phone answering machine says you can get a status update on their website. After wasting 25 minutes trying to figure out how on the website, I called the company and was told you cannot get updates on the website. It's little things like this that demonstrate a lack of concern for the customer.

Excellent! I sent in an important Bose device on a Tuesday and by Friday the next week I was returned the device in perfect working order. This device is irreplaceable by the manufacturer so these guys were angels for my benefit. Thank you.

This place is joke. I sent my TV to them through SquareTrade and when I got it back two weeks later, it still didn't work. The tech, JPO, apparently didn't do anything and sent it back to me saying it was fixed. They work slow and apparently hire lazy idiots who don't work. It a shame SquareTrade does business with this company
