I am incredibly frustrated with this store. I recently moved and went to this location for my kitchen remodel and install. There were many issues with the cabinets being the wrong size or damaged. However, the worst was having the installer walking out on the job without notice and leaving my door open. The installer refused to do the job and the store did not have any other installers available. I had to pull my contractor off other projects in my house to complete the kitchen. This inconvenience cost me double the money and delayed my entire house renovations by 3 months. The managers Rob and Tom told me to bring the final bill from my contractor with the extra chargers and the store would cover it. I have not been able to get a hold of Rob. I had left messages for Tom all week and had to go into the store today to speak with him because he would not return my calls. Tom was extremely rude, condescending, and acting as if we never had that conversation even though there was another associate present during the original conversation and today's. I would not recommend going to this store location for any type of kitchen remodel. The location on Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst is much better. I used to work with that store for all of my remodeling projects at my old house. They treat their customers like people and provided quality service.I have already made corporate aware and have left several messages for the general manager, Dave, and have still not heard back.

Self checkout only. No in-store cashers. Left my items at register and left. I'm never coming back.

I am a "plant lady " & usually go to.Home Depot. Today my daughter took me to Lowe's and I was like a child in a candy store! All there plants are healthy, a big variety as well! I found my new hook-up for plants. Thanks Lowe's

Ordered custom blinds through the home decor section. Measurement contractors came out to measure and brackets and blinds were ordered. Brackets were delivered and my wife took 7.5 hours of PTO to have the blinds installed. The brackets shipped were incorrect.Next shipment of brackets are shipped to our house my wife takes 7.5 hours of PTO, guys come out to install, incorrect brackets again.Third shipment of brackets delivered, incorrect again. This has been going on since November. It is now January 13th and my house looks like I live in the Perry Projects since we have one large custom blind installed and curtains on the side. Also, $450 of PTO was wasted throughout this process.

I visited this store today and had a bad experience. I went through the self check out and I was treated like I was a criminal. I spoke to the manager and he told me this is their policy. I was the only one in line there was no other customers there and I had four people Almost around me to make sure I didn't steal anything. This store used to be good but not anymore. My advice is to stay away from the store. I'm going to pay my bill and not visiting Lowe's anymore. I'll go to Home Depot. The lady stood so close to me. I felt like I can feel her breath on my neck. if I can give this store a half a star I would. if this is Lowe's new policy, it sucks people are treated like criminals when they go through the self check out that's a shame.all i can tell you is if you go shopping at Lowe's good luck i'm sorry I forgot to tell you what Lowe's it was the one on Transit Rd., Williamsville, New York

This 3 star review is only based on a singular experience in hopes of just giving feedback for employees. We frequent at this Lowe’s often as we are renovating our entire house and normally have no issues otherwise! My husband and I ran in on New Years Eve, we knew the store was about to close. Mind you, I totally understand wanting customers out at closing time so everyone could get to their New Years festivities! We had 14 minutes to grab what we needed, we knew exactly the aisle and were going to be in and out as quickly as possible! We get to the aisle, start grabbing things when a nice employee asked if we needed any help loading anything up to which we politely said “no, we’re okay, thank you, we’ll be quick!”. The employee stood behind us as my husband and I discussed the things we needed when another employee came over and also proceeded to stand directlyyyy behind us. Neither said a word. I start to feel stressed with them, essentially breathing down our necks, as we try to grab our remaining things. They just continued to stand behind us silently until I start to get flustered. One of the employees finally says “don’t let us pressure you” to which I, half joking, say “I do feel a little stressed out right now”. I was hoping my now clear stress would have given them the hint to kindly walk away or at least stand at the end of the aisle and not directly behind me. They did not. (just trying to discuss a couple things quickly with my husband here gentlemen!) It got to the point we both just said ‘F it’, we’ll just come back for the rest.We go to check out with what we were able to grab and leave the store with 5 minutes to spare. I understand we were cutting it close but because we felt so rushed by the employees we now have to return tomorrow (I don’t even know if they’re open because, New Years Day) to get the remaining things we need. I simply just needed 30-60 more seconds to think about a few design choices before deciding. We still would have been out of the store before they closed. If they really were trying to ensure everyone was out by 6pm, a simple, “hey folks, just so you know, we close in 14 minutes, if you need any help, we’ll be just down the aisle! If you need any more time to make selections, you may have to come back tomorrow”. I would have been absolutely, 100% fine with that! I am normally extremely understanding. Instead, they both chose to stand directly behind us and stare. It truly was top 3 strangest shopping experiences.Moral of the story, Lowe’s, please don’t ever tell your employees to hover so closely to customers. It creates an extremely awkward, stressful and uncomfortable experience.

They closed all the cashier check outs forcing you to use the self checkout. The staff stood in the middle of aisle and would not move as I was trying to get by with a cart. They were rude and not helpful. I,m thinking lowe,s is working at closing.

Computer system needs to be significantly more efficient and user-friendly. I bought a freezer and cook top and it easily took an extra hour to get the order placed.

Always have what I need here and reasonable prices... The app works better than an employee though that's for sure. I swear Valu has better customer service with half of the employees

The customer service was nightmarish. I feel like I have been severely harassed by arish and his female worker that did not have a name tag on. I tried to do an exchange on craftsman tools for the life time warranty. But as the lady told me I can't exchange "rusty tools" because they seem to be "not taken care of". And then continued to tell me I miss treat my tools and aggressively argue with me. When in reality there is little rust on them always kept in my garage and has minor rust from scratch's on it. Which if you know metal when it gets scratched some how rust just appears.
