Marty Hackford and Candy helped me through this whole process on buying a home for the first time with little money down, and with their help and knowledge on the home financing process they made it go really smoothly. Listen to them they know what they are doing, if you have any questions they respond right away and it’s a great idea to ask them about any and all closing costs at the time they need to be paid before paying them , they helped me actually get the seller to pay most of closing cost with the type of financing they arranged for me. I highly recommend them for a smooth home loan and home buying experience.
