Terrible, absolutely awful.
In fact, I'm shaking with violent rage because of the atrocious service I was provided.
I saw somebody drinking a Coca Cola instead of Pepsi and this blasphemy is incredibly unprofessional.
I hope this location suffers the wrath of Pepsiman

Just had some custom frame work done at Michael’s. Tonya was very helpful, and did a beautiful job.Also, Suzanne was very kind and patient when I was ready to check out only to realize that I had left my wallet in the car. She kindly waited for me to return so I didn’t have to stand in line again. Thanks Suzanne!!

I love a good sale but I love a knowledgeable staff even more. Recently got alot of assistance at this location even though I had bought online and had to return because I had purchased the wrong item for my project. Helpful clean and friendly.

Horrible customer service. Filthy store. Floors are horrible and stained bathroom is disgusting and graffiti and dust everywhere. Long wait lines and you can't find any help.on the floor

Do not bring your cross stitch to this store to be framed. They did a terrible job and charged me close to $150. The piece isn't stretched at all - it's not exactly crooked, but it's very uneven. I am beyond disappointed.

I came in Michael's out of boredom last week and actually came to really like the store! I am not a crafty person .. and don't plan to become one .. but it did leave me feeling inspired. I ended up spending about $150 in fake flowers and a wreath to add to a bedroom I just redid for spring and I really enjoyed my time picking things out. They have beautiful garland strands if you want hang fake flowers and leaves .. I have them framing my closet and draped around some things and they're so lovely. After I got home, I found a coupon for 25% off and brought my tags bag and was able to "return and rebuy" everything with a coupon. Today, I got a $50 reward and combined that with a 20% off coupon. What a steal! The cashiers were very friendly and helpful on both visits. I'm leaving one star off because there was a fairly big section of open space they could utilize and I feel they could have some tall vases for sale for the tall fake flowers and such. I only found 2 really cheap ugly ones in the wedding section. This would be a great thing to carry with all their assortment of flowers!
