Stopped by at Michele Proietti's agency for doing the final paperwork etc for switching to State Farm. Taylor was a pleasure to work with! I feel bad that I did not go to them earlier for my rather extensive insurance needs. Highly, highly recommend this agency!

06-29-2023I was out of the USA for 3 months. I had pre-paid my State Farm Insurance. I thought I was all set. Upon coming back home, I received an email from Jasmine Ross Customer Service Rep. in Agent Michele Proietti's office. (I had been dealing for 30 plus years with Connie Boswell and Valerie Hess). With Jasmine's guidance, I realized my check sent in Feb. had been discarded.I was able to make a payment over the phone to secure my Policy. I was most impressed with Jasmine's outreach and diligence. Thank you.

Our family is now insuring our home and “small fleet of cars” for few years with the Proietti State Farm office on Sheridan Dr. I normally do not provide references these days as everywhere you go and every site you use ask for reference for doing their job right… My thinking is that “doing your job is expected and should not require me to spend valuable time writing a review! However, in this case, this insurance office provides an outstanding and caring service that is above and the standard insurance services and I am delighted to provide them with my enthusiastic endorsement. They got it the old fashion way, they earned it!

I worked with Alicia Corulli and she has been fantastic with helping me get squared away and making sure I qualify for every discount possible. I had a couple "oopsie" moments where I put incorrect information and she was able to remedy my mistakes in no time. Thank you Alicia!
