    Had issues with my unit transmitting to my app. After several phone calls over a few months they never resolved the problem. I gave up and am in the process of switching suppliers.

    Going on 4 months, no machine, no one can tell me anything relating to my machine, takes 20-30mins to even get through toanyone, 4 months! Nothing, I could have built a house in that time, that’s embarrassing

    I have paid my bill monthly and never missed. Went online and they tell me I am 2 months behind. Not a good way to run a company. I am on a fixed income not a millionaire.
