We are so lucky to have a pet store like this in WNY! Great variety, high quality brands, and wonderful customer service. The staff have been knowledgeable and informative about what might be good options for my puppy every time I’ve gone in to get something (food, toys, treats, supplements, whatever). I would say the prices are comparable to online or Homegoods items as well; maybe a bit more but nothing outrageous and worth it to us to support local business. Love this place!

We were buying a specific food for our dog because of allergies right from the manufacturer and had an issue. They sent us here, right by work. It is actually cheaper, and we always end up buying treats

A wonderful dog boutique, that was totally worth drive. Staff was a pleasure to deal with, as well as a great variety of food, treats and toys. Definitely will be making the ride again very soon.

I love it here! The staff is amazing and they truly care about your animals. I had an incident at the vet recently and talked to one of the employees about it and she gave so much advice and info about what I should give my dog without sounding "selly". Yes it's an expensive store but don't our pets deserve the best? Everything is actually natural, and has great nutrition. And there are coupons and rewards. Parking is amazing too!

Great experience shopping! I been meaning to make it out to this spot for awhile and finally made it out. Great and high quality products that are not commonly found in other places. Staff is knowledgeable on everything the shop carries and readily will give advice on how things work and why it'd be a good fit for your dog. Definitely will be back!

I took my dog today for her birthday and the ladies working were wonderful. We go at least once a year but will definitely be trying to go more. Everyone there has always been so nice
