“Went in with the hardware of a new door handle that I mistakenly stripped... wanted to see if I could get a replacement for those parts....the young gentleman couldn't be more helpful...tried a few different ideas and finally came up with something he thought would work....he charged me nothing since I didn't purchase anything and when I returned home his solution and minor adjustments worked! I painted our front door concrete porch and I was really amazed It needed no second coat??”
“Jacob of Meldrim's Introduced himself while a project was being done. I went to Meldrim's on Saturday. I went into to buy paint, paint gloves, paint brush cleaner and a tray. Meldrim's if you want quality paint has prices in the area that the competitors cannot really beat for Benjamin Moore paint. Plus they have knowledgeable Clerks who take their time to get to know the scope of your painting projects. The clerk who helped me Saturday was JT. He took the time to get to know our project and examine the paint chips for scanning. When he had a question he asked for clarification. JT even suggested a brown paint stain for our upcoming painting project and explained it would basically coat and saturate like brown paint. I eventually went for his suggestion. Then he went to work getting our paints for us. Plus Meldrims carries everything you need for a painting project. Once we were paid up, JT just told us to go outside and get this. He brought the paint to the vehicle we were in. Any other place sadly hauling the paint itself to your vehicle would be your job. Not at Meldrims, there they take your paint out to your vehicle. Then if it can't get any better it does, JT loaded the paint up for us after brining it out. He provided us with stir sticks a paint can opener. I mean how much better does it get than that. I'm a Meldrims Customer now for sure when paint is needed. I also don't know how he beats his competitors on Benjamin Moore Paint but he does price wise. Between knowledgeable sales clerks who take the time to get to know your paint project, making suggestions and brining your paint out to you and their great paint prices, why go to any other paint shop in WNY. Other than Meldrim's, I wish I could give this place more than 5stars. Plus if you need affordability Meldrims is where you should go. Keep up the great work and low prices Meldrim's, a very satisfied Richard C.”
“The time it took me to drive to this store from the big box home improvement store, peruse color samples, and have them formulated was less than the time I wasted trying find a big box employee to make color samples (I never did find one!). Immediate, attentive customer service. Really nice employees who looked me in the eye and treated me like a human being. Excellent product.”

“Seriously guys, if you live near the city and you have any sort of painting project going on this will be your favorite spot! They have hundreds of paint colors to choose from and can color match just about any brand to theirs. The employees were even more helpful than I could have imagined, sitting down with me at their inspiration station to go over every color, sheen and size of paint I needed and reviewing it with me afterwords. They got all the paint cans and carried them back to mix and loaded them in my car without me having to lift a finger. They worked with me and the coupons I had to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible which was a relief not to have to haggle with them to use my coupons. I had a great experience overall.”
