I tried to adjust my glasses at home (big mistake) and could not get the pesky little screw back in to save my life. Brought them to Pearle Vision, and John was able to help me immediately and quickly. Such great and friendly staff and great service!

They can always get me in right away. Recently, I had a concern, and the doctor was kind, thorough and explained all my questions with good detail. He assured me and took his time with me, even though they were about to close and I was the last patient. Definitely will be recommending to my friends and family!

I ran into an unfortunate situation where I was traveling in Buffalo from out of town and forgot to pack my glasses and contacts! They got me samples to hold me over free of charge. My trip would have been extremely stressful if not for the kindness of everyone in this office. Thank you so much!
