I saw Nichole D. today for my CPAP machine. Even though I haven't tried it out yet she was very professional & thorough. Answered all my questions and has given me hope to try this out. You can tell she's very educated in this field and has helped give me hope this will help me.Thank you.

Don't count on calling the after call phone number. No one returns a call. My machine fell will away and was not working. I called to see what I can do because I have really bad sleep apnea, the lady answered and said it will take 24 hours for some one to call back. What a joke this was Saturday and come Sunday night no call back. Believe me I will be calling them tomorrow to scream because I need a sleep coach and no one cared to call back. What a joke

The staff at Pro2 were excellent! They worked with me in getting all my paperwork from my doctors office. It went so far as they exhausted all their resources to aid me in obtaining my paperwork. Once I lit fire under my doctors office, the paperwork came flowing in. Once Pro2 got all my paperwork the flow went very smoothly. They were helpful to me and I appreciate them. If I ever need assistance they are only a phone call away and they are very pleasant.

I had problems that first night , I called and left a message for someone to call back. The message said they would get back within two days. I never got a call back. That doesn't give me a secure feeling. If I have a question I expecta call back within the time frame stated. I did get a call today like they said they would after 3 days. IThe last two days have been fine.

The woman that helped me with my BiPAP machine was very helpful. However, the front desk was a little standoffish when I came about 10 minutes late. Even though I already called them and told them I would be late because of traffic.

I was surprised to find that the machine did not have a headpiece included. Also there was a graphic for where the mouthpiece was supposed to go but there wasn’t one inside (I purchased extras). The associate was pleasant

The staff is very professional in their handling of equipment and patients. To say they are helpful is an under statement. They made me feel at ease and confident that I could and would be successful .I feel extremely fortunate to be in their care.

Pro2 was very understanding I never had to worry about how to use the c-pap machine because she explained everything to me and made sure I understood it and answered any questions I had .

Went to pro 2 to get my CPAP machine the service was great very informative and professional. I had a few questions about the machine a few days later so i called them about my issue and they guided me on what to do no problem issue fixed and everything is going great!!

Scheduling my appointment was so easy, and they accomodated the urgency to start in my case. Nicole, the Respiratory Therapist, has done amazing job explaining and educating me about the condition and the device usage. The follow up is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Highly unresponsive. When you manage to get in contact with them they are fine to work with... But the hard part is getting an actual human on the line.The orders department is a mess.Never returns calls to order replacement consumables. Getting in contact with them in an exercise in extreme patience. Always goes to VM when I call and they never return calls when you leave a message.Edit: Persistence is key, finally returned called after 3rd attempt to contact and got supplies ordered.Dr requested a change to my settings and they never made it to my unit remotely like they are supposed to. Instead I just learned how to override the controls and had to do it myself after 3 attempts to get them to make the change.
