I brought in a lady friend of mine who had an order sent over …. We waited almost an hour past closing to drop off a urine sample .. my 85 year old frail friend .. we were there total 3 hours JUST TO DROP OFF A URINE SAMPLESHALANDA WAS OVERLY making my frail sick friend not only wait all this time, when she finally got to us she made my friend walk all the way in the back so she could check her information.The request was ALREADY here from the doctor.I’ve done this SEVERAL times at other quests and all I’ve had to do was bring in the sample , give her name and they put a label on it. My poor friend looks like she’s ready to lay down and go to sleep.

so first of all, how does one expect to ever get into the office and get the bloodwork that they need to get done if all of the appointments get called first and the walk ins get totally ignored. i waited an hour and 10 minutes and didn’t even get in. why do they not make us a priority at all? we need the bloodwork just as much as anyone else does and it takes not even 5 minutes. it shouldn’t matter if they squeeze a walk in between appointments when the people who are there for their appointment aren’t even getting called on time. and there’s no way to even make an appointment when everything is always taken so a walk in is the only option. i had to leave for work and the fact that people fast for these procedures is just a lack of consideration for all of us.

Don't know why so many low star reviews, good experience for me.I schedule my urine test at 1:30 pm and the nurse asked me in exactly at 1:30 pm. Very friendly and professional, I got the result almost the same day.

I have been coming here for last two years. Every time I come there is a queue and when ask always told that staff shortage.

I went there to get blood work for a very serious issue. I waited 40 minutes and I was told I had a $40 balance from something my OB ordered and didn’t code right. I didn’t have my cards with me I left them at work. I told the woman I would call as soon as I got back to work to pay. She flat out refused to even entertain that idea. I left in tears. I went to another Quest today and told the woman what happened and she told me that was unacceptable and she would’ve drawn it.

I checked in with the link they provided when I arrived, but their system didn't log me in until 10 min later. This Quest office seems to run very far behind even though they are processing only those people with appointments--40 min wait today. Finally, the waiting room floor looks incredibly dirty--not a good look for a health facility.

Would not go back to this place again ever. A lot of people could not check-in for they scheduled appointment. The waiting area was colder than outside during the fall season. Everything was a mess.

Very disorganized! We went there for my dad to get blood work. We scheduled an appointment online and once we got back into the room, they said they didn’t have a script in the system for him. The worker was super unhelpful and just basically was like “not my problem”. No help offered at all. We had to leave and then call his doctors office which said they did in fact send the script to quest. Just a joke of an office. Also the carpet in the waiting room has multiple stains. It’s just a gross unorganized office. Avoid if you can.

Always a quick efficient appointment at this Quest. This is the best Quest location I go to. Stephanie and Jessica are amazing phlebotomists and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is important as I am always nervous for blood draws.

Outside signage should be addressed. It is located in the large building. Going in the front door facing young at it’s the first door on the right. Make sure you have an appointment otherwise you could be sitting there for a long time

The place was hard to find and the exterior of the building lacked signage. Once inside I was greeted by a small waiting room with full seats and 8 large stains on the rug. The receptionist window was blocked by 2 check-in kiosks. The kiosk wasn't working. A customer said the internet was down. I waited 10 minutes. No personnel appeared at the reception window. I asked the other people waiting what time their appointments were for. One person said 7:30 AM. It was 8 AM. Still, no interaction with staff. I stuck my head through the reception window and cheerily called out, "Hello?". An employee appeared and said, "yes?". I said I had an appointment and that the check-in kiosk wasn't working. No comment other than, "Yes, the internet is down". I asked how I was to get checked in, but also added, "are you behind schedule, and if so how long?". The person said, "yeah, we're behind, it will be a while, maybe 25 minutes". I looked at the 8 people ahead of me and realized this was going to be more than 25 minutes late. I said, "Well, I'd like to cancel my appointment." The employee said, "OK". I asked, "don't you want to know my name?". The person said, "OK". I handed over my papers and left, feeling grateful that I had other options for getting my bloodwork done elsewhere. I will not return.

Had an appt but still had to wait 60 minutes. Got in there and they didn’t have my script the doctor said they faxed. They kicked me out to the waiting room to call the doctor and wait another 15 minutes while they took other patients, even though I had them fax it again. They said they faxed it 4 times.My doctors office said they could have given them a verbal over the phone.The person before me was in there for 15 minutes and was able to get a verbal over the phone because I heard it.My doctors office was on hold for 20 minutes to give her a verbal. She came out to the lobby finally and with a waiting room full of people said they were now closed. Doctors office heard this whole convo and was shocked.The staff Shalanda upset a lot of people today. One guy asked for the Corporate number and her supervisor.Never again at this location.

Was sent to this Quest location for a time sensitive issue by my doctor. Arrived about half an hour prior to closing and 2 other people were waiting as well including one very elderly individual. Was able to check in at kiosk. 10 minutes prior to closing, a worker came out and announced to everyone that they didn't intend to assist anyone else for the day and that we should have made appointments. When I asked why she let all of us wait that long only to send us away before they were even closed, she argued repeatedly with me, telling me it had only been 5 min. Zero compassion or respect and horrendous customer service at this location...and incredibly lazy people. Avoid this location at all costs, especially if your time matters to you.

what in the world is wrong with this place? the worst service ever. When you're the only gig in town, I guess service doesnt matter.
