Best rite aid in Western NY because the staff care about their customers and pharmacy is highly rated due to attention they give their customers. Keep them open! Truly glad to give this location their business since my childhood! Thank you again!

I am a long time shopper at Rite Aid at 5547 Main Street in Williamsville since I moved here in 2004. I use their pharmacy and in door shopping frequently and have gotten all my vaccines there. The employees whether it is the pharmacy or the checkout are so helpful. They have always answered my questions and have even gone with me to a location where I needed to find a certain product. No matter how busy they are, there is always a smile and a thank you. They make you feel like you are part of their family. They remind me of how pharmacies used to be when I was growing up. Going to other Rite Aids, just don't have that certain pleasantry or friendliness. My Rite Aid makes you feel like you a special! JoAnn. Reid

Always friendly and kind to customers. My husband and I went there for vaccinations while rejected by Rite Aid at 480 Evans Street Williamsvile , we got vaccines and that is quick and painless. Thanks to their customer service ?

Clean and Nice Store ,very accessible to the hotel where we are staying .Needs a more warm and welcoming environment although Cashier Joshua served well at check out and reminded me of the bonus cash that I can use. My preferred cream soda was not available so I just got the regular one .Also pricey compared to other stores .

the girl that works day shift in the pharmacy with glasses, hands down the rudest human I have ever come across. I took my great aunt to pick up her medications and it was clearly an inconvenience to do her job.

Terrible. Dispensed generic instead of brand which my daughter has been taking for years. Didn't even ask first She ends up with reaction for three days and while couple employees helpful and understanding and trying to fix it, tye miserable self righteous person phone just choosing to Blame doctor and deflect all dissatisfaction to others or what I need to do. Horrible service I'm done with this pharmacy. Put yourself in damn patient shoes!!!!!!!! Stop dictating what everyone else needs yo do. Start putting your crap messages you have posted on the pharmacy yo actual work and practice what you preach. If you have best interest snd experience of patient in mind like your wall of posters says then do better. Awful
