Went for a concert. The sound was not good. Would probably not go back there for a concert. The band was excellent though. Drink prices were also high. The venue is beautiful just not appropriate for a live band. Everyone was friendly.

Want an incredible memorable EASY top shelf wedding??? Affordably? Assessed countless venues. Wishing Samuel’s was my first, as we would have saved so much time!!
They are a one-stop-shop for all you need….and want!! (TIP: Go for a Thursday wedding!! Price breaks by all vendors! And can recover/relax over a 3 day wknd!)
Just had our daughter’s wedding at Samuel’s, and we were absolutely blown away by their over-the-top attention to detail with incredible focus to have the wedding party, parents, guests and all experience a care-free blissful fun emotional day!
Can’t say enough about Mark, his team and staff! Mark (Director) ensures the couple is well-prepped throughout the months in advance with making decisions in advance, planning and proofing all.
The venue is exquisite, inside as is their gardens, gazebo and bar area. You have complete access to the entire mansion and grounds. Bridal get-ready suite with vanities, chandelier and stylist chairs….is stunning and the groom’s room has a bar and plenty of room. All treated with champagne, etc and charcuteries. Wonderful!!
The wedding party was their #1 focus, ensuring all wishes were granted.
ALL. DAY!!
Quality and presentation of appetizers, premium bar, dinner and fabulous dessert was unequalled. We’re still receiving countless thanks & compliments by guests on the venue, staff, food and fun, days later!!
Go to Samuel’s, first….as other venues will pale in comparison! 10++++ STARS!!!!

We hosted Christian Central Academy's annual gala fundraiser at Samuel's this past fall. We were thrilled with the venue and it's newer decor. There was ample space for our 200 guests, including space for our silent auction time in one of the adjacent rooms. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. From our vendors (AV guy, valet parking team, jazz band, etc.), Samuel's worked well with everyone to help ensure we had a successful evening. Also, the most common praise we received from a followup survey we sent attendees was how great the food was. We highly recommend Samuel's for large events. In fact we have already booked our gala for next year!

Choosing Samuel’s as our venue was the best decision we ever made. Right from the beginning we fell in love with the space, we even moved our wedding date up from October to August so we could take full advantage of the outdoor fountain bar.
There are no words to be able to fully describe how wonderful working with Mark was – he answered all of our questions, took us on as many tours as we wanted, and really made us feel confident in our decision. The planning process was very stress-free on our end which made it so much easier to enjoy.
Renea was our captain on the day of and thanks to her everything ran so smoothly and on schedule. She took my scribbles of centerpieces and transformed the space into something more beautiful than I could have imagined.
I spent the whole day on-site thanks to the beautiful bridal suite, which helped our timeline significantly, and provided a quiet space to be able to relax and take in every moment. Bonus – there was a groom’s suite as well!
Samuel’s worked seamlessly with our other vendors as well and we were able to drop off our items earlier in the week so there was one less thing to worry about the weekend of.
Then there was the food – absolutely incredible. From the cocktail hour appetizers to the main courses, everything was perfectly timed and delicious. They even accommodated our request to have some of the cocktail hour appetizers brought to the bridal suite so we could have a moment to ourselves and enjoy the food as well.
We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding day and we owe it all to the team at Samuel’s!

Samuel's Grande Manor went above and beyond for our wedding. Mark and his team were absolutely amazing. They had every detail down and made our day so magical. I cannot recommend Samuel's enough for your next event! They made sure we had everything we wanted for the day, and checked on us and our guests throughout the evening. They are an awesome venue!

My experience was fabulous. Beautiful place, elegant. Love the colors. MARK was fantastic. Staff was fantastic. Mark helped my daughter feel at ease, even though she didn't live in Buffalo. Every one said it was the best wedding ever. It has been four days and there still talking about the wedding.Thankyou so much Mark. Your the best.

Beautiful place but the staff ruined what was otherwise such an amazing night! They were rude all night long. They didn’t follow through what was agreed upon before the party (picked up food way too soon and most of us didn’t get chance to eat, ended our party before the agreed upon end time). Thankfully guests had a great time but they did everything they could to make it not so fun for the host family. We will never book another event there again!
