This salon is cute, clean and friendly. My girlfriend and I go in May for pedicures. The ladies that work at the salon rent chairs and it’s easy to make an appointment. $35 for a pedicure is a fair price. They have great massage chairs and a relaxing atmosphere.

Loretta did a great job. The exfoliation and massage combination was great. I had knots in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. She was able to get rid of them and left me feeling more limber with more range in motion. The facial left my face soft and smooth, and all the products were a nice light scent. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Karen Robb is the best. Karen has been cutting and coloring my hair for many years and doing the best job each time. The color is terrific, the cut is great, it is so manageable right up to my next 4-5 week appointment. Karen deserves a 5 star rating.

I moved into Buffalo three years ago, tried and got disappointed at so many places before I started going to this Salon. Karen Rob has been attending to my hair ever since and she does an amazing job. The best part is even weeks after the haircut, my hair grows back beautifully making the cut look still great!

Karen rob was doing my highlights and low lights for few months. She done great job first few times but then it was like she forgotten how to do hair. While doing my hair I told her add less dark . That will be way to much dark. She said the way shes doing it itll fall nicely wont look as thick wont show as much as I think... She over fried my hair took all my blonde that took forever to get to. WHILE UNDER THE DRYER SHE CAME OVER APPLIED SOMETHING TO MY HAIR. NOTE I have highlights and low lights. How does she know where what she adding it to.... PLUS U HAVE ME UNDER THE DRYER WHY ADD MORE IN IT. UR FRYING MY HAIR.... It was way worse than the pics. I had to go to the salon few times to get it fixed and spend more money... my bangs fell broke right off. While doing my hair she was saying how long it took to get my hair the color I liked. I think honestly she done it on purpose...Then it was just ruined in many ways not just one... The other salon told me she did everything backwards added the dark in the wrong time. It bled all over. Before and after pic underneath theres more bangs that short. Oh yea a different time before she really messed up my hair I told her not to cut my hair she wouldn't stop asking me. Just a trim she said. She cut it.. usually she charges decent amount but the last time I went to her she messed up and knew it and over charged me... not cool worst salon ever!!

Absolutely love them. Lee has been doing my hair for almost a decade, and Diane is amazing to my nails. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else in WNY for my hair or nails.

I have been coming to the salon about a year or so. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming! I have been getting my hair done by karen R. and i could not be happier! Not only is she completely honest with me about what will look good (sometimes i go instagram crazy and get some pretty unrealistic ideas!) She always always does an amazing job. My color always turns out rich and beautiful, my cut is always flattering and the price is always very reasonable. I have extremely long and very thick hair which can be both difficult to color and style, and she always does a flawless job while making me laugh the entire time i am there. I will be going here for years, always to karen!

Love these girls !! It's unpretentious, clean, pretty and fun. There are at least 12 or 13 girls there... All exceptional at what they do and looking to please !! . You'll always feel comfortable there... And the prices are great. In the heart of Williamsville in Evanstown Plaza next to The BAC for women !!
