Made an appointment because I have been to other stores and it was terrible, still assisted other people before me even though I literally just needed to drop off equipment and leave.

Had a 10:00AM appointment, waited outside of the store until 11:00AM, no employees showed up. You can’t even get someone to cancel the service if you want to, let alone help you if you want to use their “service”

Spectrum store on Transit and Griner Williamsville, was quite amazing. Basically in and out in a very short time. It took me longer to drive to the store than getting service and on my way back home. Equipment replacement was very easy. Shout out to both gents at the store. Both made this customer like a VIP customer. IMO if you have to go to the store choose this store.

Went there in May on the 12th to switch out a router for my WIFI. The staff was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable about their product. They switched the router with no problem and the woman who took care of me, Storm Mayham was swift and professional. I would recommend this Spectrum Store to my family and friends

Extremely upset with service provided by location. Would not accept my old equipment because it wasn’t disabled (I transferred service and was told by customer service to return it to the store.)Agent told me to take it to the UPS store. I think they just didn’t want to do their job.

If I could choose no stars I would they are terrible here for cell phone service I have a bill for over 1,000 for 2 cell phones I do not have and I have called about my account 12 times now and I have gone in the store over 5 now stay away if you want a cell phone !

Ice storm , power outage , electric restored , spectrum cable.....14 HOURS WITHOUT SERVICE AND COUNTING WITH NO REPAIR INSIGHT AND NONE OF EMPLOYEES HAVE A CLUE WHEN TO EXPECT SERVICE.... STAY TUNED.....................................

Every once in a while you come across a customer service representative who exceeds all your expectations in a way you cannot imagine.Aaron R., a Spectrum Specialist, went above and beyond anything I would ever expect any company representative to do in order to facilitate getting an older model iPhone up and running on the Spectrum mobile network.I don't know how good Spectrum mobile will be, but if it works as well as Aaron does, my high expectations will be exceeded again.

I was seen right at the time of my reservation. Steven Hoffman was most helpful. I was a bit leery of switching from Verizon internet, TV, and cell phones. However, the signal from the Verizon tower to our location was awful. Steven was very knowledgeable, and efficient. Jasmine helped with the cell phones and, also, was efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We just had the tech out to our home to set up the modem, router, and TV. The tech showed up right at noon (the window was noon to 1pm). Again, he was efficient, friendly, and had excellent advice for us. So far all our contacts have been five-star

Went in a week ago to get my son a new phone and he knew what phone he wanted to get but the guy we talked to tried getting me to buy the galaxy s22 which my son didn't want and proceeded to tell me "well my 8 and 9 year old sons have the galaxy s22" and that the phone my son wanted was nothing more just a glorified coaster and then tried to tell me what phone my son wanted as if he knew my son and after that I walked out

The last time we were in there, we ended up waiting a good twenty minutes only to be told we had to go back where we got the phones to port over Information to the new ones and why didn't we just finance the phones with them(at a higher price, of course)When the girls aren't there, it's a waste of time to even go there unless you have a cable issueWe may go to Mint Instead.

Had a wonderful Experience at the store. The guys in there really know their stuff every one of Them. Met the new manager today very nice guy . 5 stars hands down.
