The store has an amazing selection of beautiful clothes and really good sales with lots of discounts. The sales people are helpful, accommodating, and graciously available to help. Some employees are especially loved for understanding customer service, providing honest opinions, and creating a lovely shopping experience. Customers drive from far away to visit, feeling comfortable in the clothing and delighted with their finds.
Got 4 pairs of pants and a sweater for $140. Their sales are amazing! Staff is always helpful.

I love this Talbots and drive 2 hours to get there but there are definitely some people that work there I hate dealing with and some I just love. The older women really understand how important customer service is though. They’re great.
