Buying a new car was a very difficult and stressful experience for me until i met Terry!! Terry continued to make me feel calm and comfortable during the whole process! He helped me so much and talked to me like i was a real person and not just a customer. He answered every question i had and in the end found me the exact car i wanted! Terry went above and beyond for me to make sure i was walking out of that dealership happy!! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go see Terry! My GMC lease was coming to an end and I spoke with several dealerships in Columbus OH and epic failure. One asked for my husband, another called me kiddo, and another said they would not consider my GMC discount. I reached out to a family member for referrals in WNY. Terry was that referral. To say that Terry came in and saved the day is an understatement. He made the entire process seamless and effortless on my part and most importantly HE ARRANGED TO HAVE THE CAR DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR. What company does this!! This is my second vehicle I am purchasing from Terry Thompson. He is an amazing salesman. He listens, efficient and works hard at getting you exactly what your looking for. I came in on a Friday and left with my vehicle the next day. This time I went in on a Saturday and left with my vehicle on Saturday. Very quick and positive experience with Terry.
