My arrangement was pretty but overpriced. The roses turned brown along the edges the next day and today they are wilted and bent over. Very disappointed.

Once again. Got there in plenty of time and they left well before closing. This is the second time that they leave WAY before advertised hours . This is the THIRD time this has happened. This place deserves fines for lying. I’m

I came here for an autumn bouquet and it was a wonderful experience. The shop was filled with beautiful Halloween decorations and I felt so welcomed and at home. They put together a beautiful bouquet for me on the spot and I would definitely return.

I've heard great things about this florist over the years and knew they've been apart of the business community for years. I needed fresh flowers for a bridal shower cake I ordered from Olson's Bakery. I chose this florist for the reasons mentioned including the convenience of it being across the street from the bakery. The bride (my sister) happened to be with me the day we ordered the flowers. The gent behind the counter was a bit crumpy. He guided me through the order and $75 later we were done. I picked up the flowers and to my dismay I looked at roses who tips were already starting to turn slightly brown. He had 2 stems of mum's in the mix, clearly not enough and thought that with my spirea was enough. I watched him trim and prepare the flowers for transport. I wasn't too happy watching him toss the mum's in the box any which way. All I could think was if these are damaged I will be furious. I had to speak with the cake designer and request all outer petals be removed prior to placement on the cake. Thankfully I have complete faith in the bakery. I've used them for numerous occasions including my wedding. Regardless of this florist reputation I'm sincerely disappointed in his customer service and product. I should have followed my inner voice and gone with my regular florist( Country Florist in Elma).

Town and Country was my florist for my wedding in October 2021. They were amazing to work with. They made me feel at ease during my consultation and were great about recommending what flowers would work for a late October wedding. I met with two other florists and they were not nearly as knowledgeable and impressive as Town and Country. Prices were incredibly reasonable and they threw in a toss bouquet for free! The flowers lasted the entire day and looked stunning.

Very pleasant and easy to deal with over the phone. Told the gentleman what I was looking for and he said they'd take care of it. Flowers were delivered as scheduled and looked great. We've had them nearly 2 weeks and they are just starting to look a bit rough. My only complaint is the cost. An average size bouquet came out to $100 including delivery.

Upon entering this Florist it’s clear the smell of cigarettes takes away from the business. After tolerating the stench of cigarettes, I still purchased a dozen roses and some daisies to be delivered. I thought $100 for a dozen Roses with some daisies in a box delivered was a bit high. Still I paid it. When I got the roses at home from my wife they were pitiful and didn’t last very long at all.

The flowers were fine and the staff were friendly (that's where the three stars come from) but the prices are astronomical. I am reluctant to post bad reviews of any business but in this case I think it is necessary to warn consumers. $70.00 for a bouquet of roses is completely inappropriate even on Valentine's Day. I won't be back. I feel I was completely ripped off.

I ordered a boutonniere from this florist over the phone. When I picked it up, it was in a cellophane bag with a faded sticker, no place to write a message, and the cheap, see-through ribbon is frayed on all the ends. I am not sure I will be giving this boutonniere to our teacher tonight.
