I called 2 days ahead and made an appointment to see a car to get there and them tell me it would be 45 minutes they had to go get it from somewhere else. There were employees everywhere not one person greeted me or asked if i needed help when i walked in. There are cars for sale everywhere find one some where other than this place!

I just wanted to say that I've always had a good experience here, and I've been using Mini of Buffalo for quite a while. From one side of the street, to the other, and back. Alan R. from sales was very helpful, and accommodating. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Let me start out by saying I hate car dealerships. Nothing but bad experiences, I always felt like vultures were waiting to devour my carcass. Well today my faith has been restored at West Herr - Mini of Buffalo by one sales person, Alan Reszetucha. This guy has a great personality and knows how to treat a customer like person. I consider my reviews important, I know someone will read it. That being said, without any reservations I highly recommend this dealership and above all Sales Consultant, Alan Reszetucha.

Excellent service. I’m no stranger to working on my ’07 Mini myself, and they helped me out with a dash noise that was, to me, beyond your typical driveway DIY project. Thanks to Kyle and the guys at Mini, I’m in love with my Mini again.

Horrible service the manager told me that my brakes and rotors failed but refused to fix them under my mini maintenance program I paid almost 2200k extra for when I got the car not to mention the extended warranty for another over 3k I also paid for to be able to fix things when they were needed and not have to come up with that extra expense they also wouldn’t change my oil under my program due to the fact they said I had 2000 or less miles before they would do that under my program I got as well even though I live an hour and a half away from the dealership instead I’ll go over 10k before I get it back there this is not the first time I have had a bad experience there. I will NEVER go back! They are awful I wish I I could include the print out I was given stating my brakes failed but they won’t fix them due to the fact they won’t fix them unless they are under a certain mm but yet they failed ?
