Visited this place seems they dont need any business / not really interested to deal with us. Went to Westherr such a wonderful service with professional detail manner sales people. We bought a nice wrangler with good service and explanation. We win you lost, have a great business

They had this “ special event “ to help people in bad situations - unfortunately like myself.When they contacted me - I explained to the employee all of my concerns and issues and they reassured me that no matter what they would help me . Because I didn’t want to drive 30 minutes away for nothing.Well looks like I did just that.The man helping me was very incompetent and rude and would talk over me constantly. Asking me the same questions I told an employee 2 days prior.He then comes back to tell me a ridiculous payment amount and down payment amount after 3 times of me telling him my budget.The “VIP” manager - no where to be found.You shouldn’t have your employees lie to people and give false promises that cannot be kept. That’s serious bad business. But when I mentioned that your employee said it was like a robot helping me and not an employee. What a joke. Do better !

Brought in for a fix, did a recall I didn’t ask for but were willing to not charge for a part they broke in the process. Other than needing to work on communication, they did a pretty good job. In my experience they are friendly and reasonable, especially if you try to treat the employees there the same.

First off I'll warn you STAY AWAY!! If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I went there several weeks ago and it was a bad situation. Our salesman, Joe, seemed nice at first. Then it was like I was occupying his space and breathing his air. He ignored me I until my insurance info had to be revealed. When I told him the company name, his comment was "I hate that company". That started a bad trend. That comment should have been kept to himself.Next up, the sales manager Rob. When I asked him what the $175 fee was for, he said for his girls to do my DMV paperwork. I said I'm doing my paperwork. I'm not paying them to do it. Then he said it was for something else. Finally he admitted it didn't cover anything. I asked to have that fee removed and he said no. He did however, only after I suggested it take it off the price of the car. Then he couldn't figure out how to run an image of my DL since I only had an image and not the actual license. Really, this is 2023 this should not have been that tough. As a result, I gave a 25% down payment and my name isn't on anything for this car.Then there is Neal in finance. He must have failed his class. I specifically wrote instructions on how much to extract from each debit account. He got that all screwed up. When I nicely pointed out his error and showed him a picture of my bank information Neal got snotty with me and said "are you saying I made a mistake?" Yes, Neal, sadly you made a mistake. He just walked away. It ended so badly that I left my husband there and started driving my hour plus trip back home and my husband was still there. I couldn't stand it anymore.Three weeks after the sale, I finally get in touch with "Management, Doug Indovina". I spent an hour on the phone with Doug and he seemed genuinely concerned. I asked for an apology from Neal. The next day I did get a call from Neal, but he can't say he's sorry for making a mistake. He got snarky again on the phone. I ended up calling Doug back and suggested Neal tried again while we were all on the phone. It was better but still not sincere. I would have fired Neal on the spot if he was working for me.Sadly, this experience has put a wedge between my husband and I. Although I think the car is nice. However, I wouldn't know as I haven't driven it.STAY AWAY!!!- Joal Lettau

This team saved the day for my family. 10/10, I recommend them. My Jeep broke down, and needed service. I was stranded, from out of town, but Ted, Douglas, Bryan and team were super professional and great people.

I called them on a new 2019 Ram. This is 2023. The price was full retail 2023- For a 2019. I asked why they had such an old truck on their lot, New! They hung up on me. 07/27/2023--- This dealer group always was shady. And I know I have been flagged not to sell to. Anyway- I'm sure this dealership is no competition with other dealers. They always offered a real low ball for my trade. Now, think I waste their time. This place is just a joke- Always was.

I had a disappointing/frustrating experience with the Transitowne Service Center last week. The experience left me questioning their attention to detail and professionalism. So I have decided that after 12 years of taking my car there, I will take my business elsewhere.

In past have always had good service here. NOT THIS TIME! I was told my van needed a part and it would be delivered next day. I needed the van next day so I picked it up and made appt. for 3rd day following. Dropped off at 9:30 am. Was called at 11:30 am to say the part had not yet been delivered. May be 2-3 days bc of a holiday. Needed van so had to run back and pick it up. Now have appt. for 3 days following. No one knew part hadn't arrived? Couldn't call b4 9:30 am to say don't come? Didn't know for 2 hrs. after dropoff they didn't have the part? Will require 6 trips there and back for this repair! POOR SERVICE!!!! Icing on the cake-no managers there bc of the holiday!! LAST TIME TO TRANSITOWNE DODGE!!!!

This has been a horrific experience this dealer had my vehicle for 2 months. The communication is awful from management down. I took my vehicle into the dealership due to my truck overheating. I had to call multiple times just to be jerked around. It’s been Lie after lie. My warranty company has gotten involved cause they found what they we’re saying as fishy. The dealer stated it was the head gasket however When the adjuster conducted testing the head gasket had no issues found. The warranty company has asked for more testing to identify the issue but the dealership has not done anything. According to the warranty company they have not been in contact for weeks now. My vehicle is just sitting there. When I ask for a loaner there is never any available. I have contacted the service manager multiple times yet there is no response. Leah my person of contact has not been very forthcoming and honest. At this point Im contacting my attorney. This has cost me thousands of dollars taking Ubers and renting cars. Plus I still have a car noteSigned,Fed up

Hands down the worst dealer I have ever dealt with across the United States. To begin, the car my fiancé purchased had brake issues the second she drove it off the lot. After being screwed around by these crooks for several months they finally ‘fixed’ the issue only for it to resurface a couple months later. At this point, she had moved across the country so I was stuck correcting the dealers handy work. In only a couple thousand miles the pads and rotors were junk and clips were missing on several of the pads causing them to shift around and make noise during operation.The real kicker came when installing her new license plate. The clowns here must have lost the original plate hardware, so their solution was to drive uncoated self-tapping steel screws through the threaded aluminum inserts with absolutely no chance of ever removing the screws, especially when that steel-aluminum galvanic cell welded the two together. As a nod to their craftsmanship, one of the screws they only drove in 1/4 of the way before calling it good enough.Please learn from our ill fortune and spare yourself the misery of working with this dealer.

Another disappointing experience of the dealership having my vehicle for 2 weeks and not completing the work. After 2 weeks I pick it up under the impression it's done, to find the exhaust leak still present. When I went back in I was informed the parts I was waiting 2 weeks for are on back order. This is after 3 people try to figure out what was going on. It sat for an entire week until I finally called for an update. Then the same thing for another week, then I'm told it's done..... and it wasn't. The worst part is they had me walking out of there thinking actual work was done. Give your money to someone else.What kind of Micky Mouse operation are you running over there anyway??

I have bought cars from here for past 25 years and have always gotten a car I've been happy with. The service department is wonderful, I've never felt overcharged or felt unnecessary work was done. The people who work at the Service desk are really knowledgable and nice.

Can't trust Transitowne. Brought in a Dodge vehicle for an issue before we headed out of town and needed an additional favor. I walked into service, talked to an advisor, who stated that someone would come out to assist. Waited 30 minutes, only to leave because no one bothered to help. Its good thing we don't own Dodge vehicles.
