Jackie and Jacqueline go out of their way to do a great job. I needed color copies and Jackie made them while I waited. If you need fast and friendly service, stop by the Village UPS store. You'll be in good hands for all your shipping needs.

The owner of this UPS store is by far the most wonderful person to work with!!! She is honestly more about the best interest of her customers and not about lining her pockets, unlike the owner in Batavia who treats his customers absolutely horrible by overcharging, berating and belittling his customers, and kicking them out of his store when they ask any questions or call him out on his horrible behavior. Be prepared to have individual return codes for every single return. He wouldn't even allow me to do two separate returns for my son-in-law and myself. He also refused to give me two separate receipts. The one in Williamsville off Transit has nice staff but charge extra for some of their services related to returns that should be free as well. I had to return 3 times for one return. The first time because Amazon said no label/box needed but refused my returns without them. When I returned, they told me it had to be taped as well, and they would charge me $3.00 for one strip of tape. Not realizing this and no money on hand, I had to leave and return with a taped box. Absurd! Be careful doing returns with these other stores. You may sign up for a store that says free returns, no label/box needed, but be prepared to be turned away or have to go back a few times because they don't honor the contracts the way written. It's ridiculous how they run their stores and treat their customers with no apologies. I am so glad to have found this store with an owner and staff who go above and beyond to help their customers. The owner and Brandy have made life so easy and tasks less complicated. I don't have to worry about wasting my time, gas, or money at this location! I have been using this location for all my personal rerturns as well as the returns for our church since the new owner/staff started. I will continue to not only use them but also refer family and friends to them as well. Thank you for caring and for a job well done! You are a light in your community and the change this world needs to see! God bless y'all!

This is my UPS store. Always pleasant people working the desks. I drop off my Amazon returns and send packages from this location Always a smooth quick transaction. Parking in the front and side to drop off our packages with ease:)

I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Jacquelyn during my visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at ease.
